Spare yourself! I am truly disapointed that after I paid top dollar for the deep cleaning of my home I continued to notice areas of my home that had not been cleaned or even looked at following the day they left. Three ladies arrived on time and were pleasant as they did mostly surface cleaning. My oven had to be redone as well as many areas that were supposed to be cleaned. I cleaned my home for and additional 7 hours after they left to get the job done properly after I paid $800. They washed the floors quickly and left, without any question if I was satisfied. I emailed Scentral cleaning the next day to get a rude response from the owner. We are now 3 weeks into the time that my home was supposedly deep cleaned and have never heard back from them. I will never use them again and be warned that won't get back to you if you have any issues.

I hired Scentral Cleaning for the cleaning of an empty condo on Wednesday. The guy called to tell me he would be there at 3 and in the end he showed up at 4. I had no choice but to leave the money there in order to drive back from the city to get my daughter. NONE of the cleaning was done. The big sliding mirrored door was not cleaned, the floor was NOT mopped. I specifically asked for the toilet and refrigerator to be cleaned, both were not done. I have photos to prove that none of it was done. To make matters worse I have now been waiting for a resolution for 3 days about this and every time I call no one seems to know anything of what I’m Talking about. So now I have no choice but to hire a babysitter to do the job myself on the weekend. I read poor reviews about this company and I should have listened. STAY AWAY. I wouldn’t blame the entire company for one man’s poor work, but the fact that I have been getting the run around with promises to return my phone call for the third day now, it’s clearly not only a single persons problem. Very disappointed.

I paid 695$ for a deep cleaning in my home, a duplex with a main floor and a basement. (3 bedrooms.) 3 technicians came, they were an hour late and stayed for less than 3 hours. This comes out to 80 dollars and hour and had this been explained to me I would gone with a differnt service that had a better hourly rate. They did not wash the bathroom floors the mirror in the master bedroom nor did the csweep or mop under the furniture in the nursery . They also left garbage bags on my front lawn .

Cleaner was on time and explained cleaning process and was honest and followed Covid-19 protocols . I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.I usually don’t write reviews but completely satisfied with this company

Our carpets were returned dirtier. They sent technician who agreed they must be redone in shop. They keep trying to send someone to redo them in our home. We have encountered so many hurdles getting them to pick them up. They function like a one man company, and that one man is incompetent. 3 weeks later the carpets are still dirty and awaiting another scheduled pick up.

I couldn't be happier with the job they did. We had a birthday party for my son last weekend at the house. A dozen kids, their parents and cake equals messy carpets.
