Very good service: I was impressed first on the phone by their courtesy and professionalism.(Marc and Derrick the owner) This company is very flexible, I wanted to clean as soon as possible, they gave me my appointment the next day (it was a Saturday!). The technician was punctual, fast and professional. He added me a free deodorrizer on the carpets! I will use them next year.

Used their coupon last yr, was happy. They called me again, used them, gave me a discount. Still happy...Derrick and Marc were very helpful! Carpets and furniture...they also do windows

First of all, they say they will come anywhere to clean your car even at work. It is false because they want a closed garage with utilities. They charge tax on the "orginal" value of the coupon and won't give you a reciept and make you pay cash. They reschedule you 2-3 times and do an average job. Waste of time!!!

I had purchased a coupon for $28 for $100 of service with Scentral. Not knowing at the time, the price charged by Scentral would be much higher than other window cleaning companies offering the same service. When the service person came to clean the windows, I showed him the quotes I had received, but he would not match even the highest price quoted. The work was poorly done, no tracks or screens were cleaned and the customer service person at the Scentral office was terrible to deal with after the service was done. Beware of over priced service with the promotional coupons offered by Scentral. Very unsatisfied customer!!

I was quoted very high prices for their services (about 5x the cost of my weekly cleaning lady). When I called to make the appointment, the quote had increased by another $60!! I argued with the man, as I had the exact quote given to me in front of me, but he refused to honour it. I felt powerless and ended up having to cancel the entire thing. This is problematic because I had purchased 4 coupons from them for $29 each, valid for $100 of services each. Now I'm stuck with coupons which to use would cost more than having someone else (more honest) come in and do the work.
