    I am very satisfied with Ana of Second Wind Interiors. She was always helpful and really got my vision of what I wanted done. I wanted to use some vintage pieces and Ana really came up with a wonderful plan for my den incorporating those pieces. There were a couple of hiccups with some of the contractors and she was quick to remedy any issues. I found Ana to always be available and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. I would definitely recommend Ana. I hope to use her services in the future for more renovations.

    Wonderful Home Office & Family Room ReDesign

    I was looking for a designer who was both practical, and could create a wonderful, and functional space for my home office, and our family room. Ana offered a valuable walk through of my entire home as a starting point. I found her suggestions, and insights incredible to make quick and effective changes in rest of my home before focusing on these 2 rooms. Custom designing our family room with new furniture taking into account all the windows & double French doors leading to our back porch (we're on a corner lot) demanded specific details that Ana was able to address to properly maximize our space. My office needed a complete rehaul to re-organize the existing furniture, and add many new pieces that have been perfect for my work with clients. I LOVE it now!! Ana works with your budget, and was so helpful whenever I had questions and was always prompt with her responses. I found her very insightful, and a pleasure to work with. She gives you new ways to look at your space, and make sure it works for the way you live in it. I feel like our spaces are much better set up, and enjoyed more now thanks to Ana!

    Second floor renovation

    After working with Ana in 2014 on a main floor renovation, I have contacted her early 2017 to plan a second floor renovation for the summer of 2017. The renovation involved the complete redesign of our two bathrooms, choosing hardwood floor for the bedrooms, and ideas for the master bedroom. Ana considered both my needs for using the space and my colour preferences when she planned the design. She was able to choose quality materials that fit my budget and created the desired look and function. Ana could arrange contractors for the time that I asked for and the work was done on schedule. When we encountered problems, Ana made sure that these problems were fixed and that I was completely satisfied with the work and products. Ana was in regular contact with the contractors and came to check on their work. Ana is always friendly and can provide interesting ideas for consideration. She is willing to put the time and effort in to finding the products that best match what I'm looking for. I can recommend Ana's services to anyone as she has the resources and experience to create warm and functional spaces in any home.

    Main Floor Renovation

    We started to work with Ana in 2015 when we renovated the entire second floor of our house and asked Ana for an initial design consultation. Ana came into our home and gave us ideas on how to make our home feel more warm and welcoming, and she walked through each room with us answering all our questions. Ana is very easy to work with, she is friendly, not intimidating, and made it easy for us to make decisions about the colours and the design. Last year, in 2016, we renovated the entire main floor and Ana helped again offering practical solutions for redesigning the entire floor. Ana has a keen eye for colour and she listens to how you want your room to feel and takes this along with the furnishings in the room and creates the ideal colour palette. We are very pleased with our new house colours. We would never think of tackling any home improvement project without Ana and she is our go-to person for any decorating questions. Many thanks Ana!

    Interior Design and decorating

    I was referred to Second Wind Interiors by a friend who loved working with Ana for her kitchen renovation. Right from the first meeting I could tell she was the right person for us. She asked a lot of questions about our lifestyle and seemed genuinely interested in designing something that was unique to our home and family. She helped us decorate our entire main floor with new furniture, lights, rugs, art and right down to the pillows and candles. We were so impressed with her professionalism and attention to details and how she could translate all of our wishes into reality. We’ve already started planning our next project with Ana and can’t wait to see what she will do. It’s so worth the investment in a great Designer when you are busy, overwhelmed or just unsure about how to pull a big project together.

    Interior Design

    We were in the market for a designer to help us furnish and decorate our new home. After a lengthy search, which included interviewing several designers, we decided to use Second Wind Interiors based on our discussions and past work. We felt confident that Ana would design a home that complemented our lifestyle and taste. We were not disappointed! Throughout the process Ana kept us involved and made us feel that our opinion mattered. She gave us periodic updates on costs and budget as well as deadlines. We are very pleased with the end result and would recommend Ana for your design needs.

    Interior Design

    Ana is truly passionate about what she does. She installed a fireplace, painting, lighting, and decorating. She was professional throughout and always made sure to keep me in the loop. She was pretty close to budget and was good about taking feedback. For me to provide someone with an 8 out of 10 is very rare because I am a pretty tough critic. I would definitely recommend Ana - hardworking and passionate. Thanks

    Main Floor (Kitchen & Living Room) Renovation

    Ana was referred to us by a friend and she absolutely did not disappoint! From our very first meeting, Ana's focus was to understand our needs and to offer a customized design that is a reflection of us and our family's needs. She is very easy to deal with, offers practical solutions and is very open and comfortable in receiving our feedback and suggestions. Ana delivered in managing our renovation from start to finish. She is trustworthy and dependable and went above and beyond in sourcing, managing the work and addressing any challenges. I would absolutely work with Ana again!

    Living Room Redecorating

    Ana was fantastic. She really listened and understood what we were trying to accomplish. We had several pieces we wanted to incorporate into the finished room and she based her recommendations on that starting point. She really brought the room to life and we are more than pleased with the results. We were able to keep the pieces we loved, while bringing in other pieces to tie the whole room together. She gave us lots of options and when we weren't sure about something, she came up with other alternatives until we were happy. She never pressured us, but always offered choices. She made the whole process easy as we didn't have a lot of time. She did all the searching, showed us her recommendations, did all the sourcing and had everything delivered and installed. I would absolutely recommend her!

    Home Design Initial Consulation

    We had the pleasure of having Ana come into our home and give us ideas on how to make our home feel more warm and welcoming. She walked through each room with us patiently answering all our design questions and giving us several tips and options. Ana was very professional and friendly.
