From initial planning, to completion, our full kitchen, greatroom, dining room and powder room reno was handled extremely professionally. The team assigned to our project was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous and the tradesmen took extreme pride in getting it the way we wanted. Most of the suppliers suggested to us by OGC were bang on and any hiccups were fixed quickly and properly. One hiccup was the company used by OGC to provide the garbage bin ripped our driveway up....without a pause, OGC said it would be looked after.... Our kitchen is perfect...our dining and great room are fantastic and our new powder room is exactly how it should be. We were promised a 5 to 6 week time line to completion and we signed off exactly 1 week earlier than agreed on....Reno's aren't easy and you hear a lot of horror stories but if you do your homework and find the right people to help you plan and steer you in the right direction..that's half the battle.....not saying we would do it again but we wouldn't give up the experience....Great job Guys.. we are so pleased with the result.

Working with the OGC team has been one of the highlights of my project. I have been in the trades for a long time and recently stepped away to get into another field. I contacted my old peers and hired OGC to manage my renovation instead of doing it myself. The project was slightly behind schedule but that was because we made changes after the work started. With my background in the trades I was expecting a slight delay. The team worked weekend to finish the project just in time for a big family gathering we had planned. The quality of work is fantastic and the value compared to the other quotes was way better. I would definately reccomend OGC to anyone looking for a renovation project. Especially when considering the cost/value ROI.

I first came across OGC online when we were searching for someone to help us with your Kitchen reno. Our first initial meetings went well. They visited us in-home, took measurements and took the time to understand our vision for the project. The recommendations they came back with were the most thorough and thoughtful and we ended up liking it the most out of all the contractors we reached out to. We even got to see a render in 3D before any work started which was nice. We understood that the kitchen area of our home needed to be occupied during the renovation so we set our expectations around that and I must say, the professionalism, commitment and dedication to ensuring we were happy along the way and loved the finished look was very pleasing given the complexity of the project. We had Ottawa General Contractors recently complete our kitchen renovation. The final product looks exactly like we had envisioned! The management team was great to work and their workers were extremely polite and professional. If you are looking to renovate then I can assure you that you will be in good hands! We used OGC to renovate our main floor and create an open concept on our recently purchased home. The end product turned out much better than expected! What was shown to us with the 3D render design sold us on the project with the company, but the finished product was much nicer than we had thought. As this was our first major overhaul, we were not quite sure what to expect. Nick and the sales team were great to deal with in the beginning, but Andrew and the project management team were really who turned our dream renovation into reality. The project was estimated at 3months and was finished in just over 2months which was a bonus for us to take the extra time to move our family and furniture back home at our leisure. Overall a great experience with the team at OGC and their tradesmen! We would recommend them for any major renovation.
