We had an interior renovation with an addition of a new upstairs bedroom in our home, renovation of our staircase, upstairs landing and living room in March/April 2023. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the new look of our home. Our project manager Adam was very personable, responsive and efficient. His communication was excellent. He offered insightful ideas during the project on what to upgrade to make our home even more comfortable with 4 young kids in the house. The on line client portal provides daily photos of the work in progress. The team is very organized with a thorough planning process. Everything was lined up before we started in terms of materials, sub contractors and permits. The work flowed according to schedule with regular schedule updates and progress reports on problem areas and trouble shooting. The team was responsive to feedback and minor hurdles were dealt with calmly and quickly. Revisions were accepted, accommodated and done to my satisfaction. Without adding too much gloss, this is a well organized and solid company. They clearly make efforts to set expectations and to communicate regularly with the client. They have a high standard for their work which I greatly appreciated. I am happy to write this review recommending them.

OGC recently did a full main floor renovation in my home, opening up the kitchen and living space, while creating a beautiful bedroom and bathroom for my mother. My project manager Jim went above and beyond to help me through the entire process, the few hiccups we hit, he presented me the best options within my budget. I had a tight timeframe to get the renovation done and Jim was able to finish the project ahead of schedule, he was the absolute best and I will be forever grateful to him. Everyone was wonderful to work with, the different crews in my home were fantastic and my designer Reem was amazing and so helpful steering me to pick out the right selections. My home is beautiful and I just cant get over the difference. Thank you Jim and OGC!

OGC delivered a beautiful, high quality result and we could not be happier with the results. The great client service started with an accurate estimate (Brian) and carried on from there. Thank you Houssam (material selection), Dan (demo), David (tile/woodwork), Mario (plumbing) and Martin (electrical). Thank you also to the very accurate and pleasant billing team. Our project manager Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and incredibly helpful. He visited the site every day and his sense of humour and expertise made for a stress free experience. OGC has a very collaborative team focused on delivering the best results possible for their client. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very pleased with the results of our renovation project, which included the gutting of both our kitchen and an en suite small bathroom (with shower unit). Workmanship was excellent and the various crews were very nice to deal with. The project manager came by virtually every day to monitor progress and address any questions or issues that arose, the latter being dealt with quickly and with good humour. A very happy experience. Highly recommended.

My mother's roof was destroyed by a fallen tree. We hired OCG to complete the repair. They were truly amazing to work with. Everyone was professional and courteous. It was a very major job that meant replacing all of the roof trusses. They replaced electrical, drywall, roof trusses, roofing, insulation, etc. They worked with our insurance to make sure everything went smoothly and it did. They finished exactly on time and on budget. Adam Radmore, Bryan Sim and Fatima Abbas were absolute rockstars at their jobs and amazing points of contact. When OCG was finished they left the house spotless and immaculate. This is a company that truly follows best practises. If you are considering hiring them, do it. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Thank you OCG for making this a painless process!

Murad and OGC planned out and organized our multi job reno and upgrade, organized all the material selection in advance, and then came in and juggled multiple trades and contractors to get everything done in just over a month, with almost no 'empty days' in the plan. Very efficient, and great work.

As I mentioned in a previous review I was quite satisfied with the workmanship and attentiveness of the OGC team. The project had been closed for several weeks when I noticed a flaw that I had overlooked when I did a final inspection. When I pointed this out, OGC did an incredible job correcting the problem and did so in a short period of time. Excellent customer service!

OGC did an excellent job renovating our kitchen. It was completed on time, which is amazing considering the supply chain challenges many companies encounter. It was very well managed by the Project Manager (Murad), who responded to all our concerns promptly and professionally. Shout out to Jason and Adam, who really brought the project to completion. Thanks very much for your hard work and your dedication.

We hired OGC to do a major renovation of our home (complete gut of main floor, all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, as well as new exterior siding). We are overall happy with the work completed. One of the thing we are very satisfied with the design team which provided us with an amazing new floor plan! However, there were several delays and concerns regarding communication within the OGC team which were eventually resolves after voicing our concerns/discontented about the situation. We had delays in our project, the 3 months project lasted 5 months. Some materials were delayed due to covid which was unavoidable, but some of the delays were due to miscommunication among the OGC team. In addition, we had many change orders which could have been avoided should communication from the team been better from the beginning. Ramy was a professional project manager who ensured our project was completed effectively. He was very responsive, quick to try to resolve issues. Reem our selection material coordinator, she was professional and provided great suggestion for our finishes! Oliver came to fix some imperfections in our flooring, he did some good work! He was very knowledgeable. Murad was professional. He explained to us OGCs warranty process, he also made sure we were satisfied with the work completed. Murad has been quick to return our message regarding issues we had, that are still under warranty, and has been quick with sending trades to get the issue fixed. We appreciate the professionalism of OGC and we are satisfied with our new finished space. Steve & Karine
