By Far the worst. Never shows up on time, Promises the world and deliver nothing. Well over priced and the catch is they will save you on material. Here is what they are, Anyone can get a better deal on material than what they offer, Extremely un-proffessional, didn't have enough concrete for the posts, called terry about a problem with a couple of posts, he can text you back but never picks up the phone. He promised to come fix the problem right away but he was a day behind on work due to weather so he asked for me to wait till the weekend. Later I find out he was golfing friday to Monday and of course the problem was never fixed. Simply DO NOT BOTHER USING THESE PEOPLE

The job was scheduled promptly and staff arrived on time. While the posts were all put in solidly, their placement was not completely in line. Luckily, my husband was able to alter the fence design to accommodate for this, but it was a problem that could have been avoided had there been a little more attention to detail. We didn't pursue corrective measures with Perfect Post as the time it would have taken to break up the hardened concrete and put in a new hole would have negatively affected our timeline for fence completion.

Booked a date and time with PP last week to install 10 fence posts. Took time off work today to guide them. No sign of them by lunchtime so I started calling, leaving messages. Turns out they forgot about the appointment. Terry the site supervisor just e-mailed me with some lame excuse about his mother being sick in Sarnia. What--it never occurred to him or anyone else there to pick up the phone and reschedule? Highly unprofessional. A waste of my time.

Had four concrete footings put in for my deck posts by perfect post in Brampton...VERY poorly poured, all 4 un-even and the worst part is they started to fall apart after a couple of years. I called them back and after finally repairing the problem, they messed it up even more!!! Then they treated me like dirt during my phone calls....NEVER AGAIN!!! POOR COMPANY!!!

Terry and his crew were great. From start to finish they were on time and on budget. They are very easy to get along with and listen and care to the home owner.

Crew were fantastic and product was great. Professional. Courteous and reliable. Job well done! 50 ft fence x 2 (neighbour). I would recommend this crew for another job in a heartbeat.

We had 22 post holes to be dug and set with 4X4s for a new wood fence we were building. Perfect Post was always quick to respond to our calls and questions. They were able to work their schedule to accomodate our quick request. They showed up right on time and even though it had started to drizzle rain they continued on. (There was another company on this site that is very highly rated that we had to call 3times and then they even postphoned a quote visit just because it was raining a bit.) The guys worked effeciently and were respectful of our property (even asking permission to trim a plant to get a proper level done). We were very pleased with the crew and the work they did. They also do fences so we wouldn't hesitate to hire them to do this as well if we needed that in the future.

Terry and his crew were booked to build our fence. There were some details that I wasn't happy with - like hardware for the gate that protruded out the other side of the board - and we had to mention it to have it fixed. One other is that they reinstalled my clothesline upside down and I've been trying to get them to come back and fix it now for almost 3 months. He says he'll fix it. So far, he hasn't. We also needed a header put over the gate in order for the latch to hold properly, and it was a job very poorly done - lopped off part of the post, took of the post cap and just nailed a board over top. Very esthetically unappealing - and we're stuck with it as is. Attention to details and follow up was very poor. They do great posts, but I wouldn't get them to do a full fence. Not for what they charged.
