I can't say enough good things about our experience with Morgan and his team for our major move from North Vancouver to Kelowna this summer. First of all, our move was complex as we needed them to store our stuff for 5 weeks while we were in between homes. Our existing home has major access issues so they coordinated moving in multiple smaller trucks to be able to get into the narrow busy streets of Deep Cove. Our new home also had very difficult access so they delivered using multiple trucks again! And in the midst of all of this we realized that our son's orthodontic retainer had accidentally been packed into one of the boxes so they even managed to find that and get it up to us in Kelowna so that we didn't have to replace it. Highly recommend these guys - professional movers that know what they are doing to pack, coordinate and deliver, the pricing was reasonable and fair, and we enjoyed the team -- fabulous and super nice people. We plan to use them again when its time to move my Mom out to Kelowna.

Let me start by saying this company has gone above and beyond from start to finish. Viktoria Professional Movers stands for two things. (Professional staff and professionals at their trade) From start to finish Cormac, the installers, and movers have been courteous, helpful, respectful and flexible. Cormac has been flexible with changing move dates and unforeseen storage while my house renovation was completed. I will refer friends and family to use this company and I will certainly procure this company the next time I require moving and storage services.

It's not often you hear people rave about their movers, but I have to say the folks at Viktoria were beyond amazing and made what is otherwise a stressful day seamless. The company's owner Cormac is one of the most sincere people we have met and even though our movers were running late, he kept us completely informed and even went out of his way to personally help in order to speed things up. At one point the movers dropped a couple of boxes and broke some glasses for which they felt horrible, but we were so appreciative of their hard work that it didn't matter. At the end of a long day we invited our movers to join us for dinner (that's how lovely they were)!

I found these guys through my friendships. I was moving from Calgary, AB to Vancouver, BC with a very short notice provided to movers. I got a job offer in Mid of June, and had to started my new job on July 10, 2017. So, i contacted a manager, his name is Andrew and he found the best deal for me to pick up my boxes in the morning and deliver to Vancouver, BC within 2 nights. All crews (loading/unloading) were very friendly and disassemble all furniture/beds, cover them and load on the truck. nothing have been missed. n all way to Vancouver, BC Andrew texted me where he is so we came on site just on time when movers were there. this is perfect. So, i would recommend them and will call them again when i will move again.

This is our first time using a moving company. We had a great experience. We needed two trucks and 5 guys. They were on time, efficient and didn't waste any time. It helped that we had everything packed. We had a storage site and our house to move. I was so impressed with the speed and organization used to load up the trucks and unload everything in our new house.

Hired Viktoria again for a second move as we were very satisfied with our initial experience. They were able to complete everything within the minimum despite 2 pickup locations and some wrapping involved. We helped by being very well-prepared, packed, and ready to move.

Our move with Viktoria was smooth, easy, and well-organized. We had a small one-bedroom in Toronto and were moving into a slightly larger apartment in Montreal, with a few weeks of storage in-between. Everything went well. In Toronto, Devika and Kevin were very efficient and careful as they inventoried and wrapped all of our belongings before moving them into storage. In Montreal, Manny and Oscar moved everything in and put it in the proper places. They were quick, helpful, and even gave a little interior decoration advice on the side. Throughout, Cormac was a very responsive point of contact who was quick to answer all of my questions. Everyone was friendly and great to deal with. It's expensive to have a company do your move between provinces, but if you're going to have someone do it then Viktoria will probably do a good job.

I had an extremely professional crew that respected my items, took their time to properly protect ALL my items and move them. Extremely satisfied and happy I called Viktoria to do my move.

My girlfriend and I moved into our first condo together and we decided to go the moving company route to coordinate the move from our two places into one new condo. Our Viktoria movers (Patrick and Donald) were on-time and very, very efficient; I cannot emphasize the efficient part enough. They got all of my girlfriend's belongings packed and inside the truck in less than hour and even dropped her old mattress off at a friend's place. They got to my place ahead of schedule and even worked around several road closures around my old building. I thought the road closures would be a major issue, but they were so easy going and confident they get still get the job done ahead of schedule, they put me very much at ease; they said they had dealt with far worse many times before. Sure enough, we loaded the truck on a back street very quickly and were out of my place in less than two hours and everything was delivered to the new condo ahead of schedule. Nothing was lost and there was no damage to our belongings or any of the three properties. I cannot recommend Viktoria movers highly enough. They made what I thought would be a very stressful move actually somewhat of a fun experience with their easy going and friendly attitudes. Thanks!

I was extremely impressed with Viktoria Professional Movers. The crew of guys who worked on my move were hardworking, polite and efficient. We had a lot of items to move and some were quite heavy and large. They were excellent to work with and presented themselves very well around my family during the move. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
