The best moving company ever, the best customer service ever. Andrey gave me a firm and very reasonable quote by phone base on a general description of the items (10 paintings) pick up and delivery were done on time and completely stress free. It's without any hesitation that I recommend Andrey and his formidable crew at Viktoria Professional Movers

We had been using another moving company for the past 5 years , however, they didn't care much for repeat business nor customer loyalty as it showed when they provided us a ludicrous quote. So we decided to look elewhere by searching homestars and found Viktoria. We read up on their good reviews and the rest follows. It was a great experience as we were introduced to a very professional gentleman named Deva who arrived promptly at our home quoted us a fair price. The day of the move the truck showed up on well on time and the two staff members (Colin and Oz) were very courteous, professional and efficient despite being short of one person. We will surely continue to use Viktoria for any future moves and of course highly recommend them to our group of family and friends. Thank you Deva, Tibor and your staff for providing us a stress free move you guys have a great team !!

Great team of people! From the very beginning we were very happy and satisfied with Deva Lachman who did our estimate. He is very detail oriented and is very responsive to all emails and queries, be it weekends or any timings at all. We had some issues with one of our furniture (a huge couch that wouldn't simply move out of the condo). Viktoria movers crew (Dale, Colin and Oz) were so patient and though we had some minor damage to the wall, the moment I sent a few pictures to Deva, he was instantly trying to sort it out for us (and he did! kudos) and the Viktoria movers crew on site offered to help us out too in any way they can and they did make sure we had the peace of mind. Great rates compared to other movers and most importantly if you need peace of mind while you move, find Viktoria movers ! We would no doubt use them for all our future moves.

During the lead up to our move we received wonderful customer service from our contact, Cormac. During the move, however, the movers (who were, to their credit, very polite and respectful of our property) accidentally broke our TV. The company replaced it within a week as promised - but our issue is that they replaced it with an older version that they admittedly had found on Kijiji, which appeared to be the company policy. Getting them to schedule a pick up for the rented Frog Boxes was another frustration, as we had them in our house for 2 extra weeks. They are currently in the process of rectifying these issues which we are happy to see.

Outstanding, professional service. And at a good price relative to competitors. Referred by a family member whose house had water damage when they were away... and the insurance company used Viktoria. I had never heard of them but gave them a try and was glad I did. I will definitely use them again when moving. The crew of Paul, Ulla and Oscar did a great job - courteous, efficient, professional, conscientious. Highly recommend!

This was my first time ever using a moving company for a move. I was exceptionally nervous. I saw Viktoria's trucks next door a couple of months prior, so contacted them for our move. Prompt replies to emails and form submissions, and we were able to arrange an in-home estimate within a couple of days. Maria was just lovely, and provided us with an estimate that included a number of things we would have completely forgotten about. The two-man crew arrived on time, and finished 2 hours ahead of their initial estimate. They were incredibly friendly, and SO efficient. They consulted with us about everything, and were such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Toronto moving company! Courtney

The two friendly, fun movers called first to verify my address. They arrived on time. They discussed the possiblilities and routes, and they moved the furniture. They took care to wrap up the pieces and move the pictures from the stairway wall. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing, and worked well together. They even reminded me to release my dog from the car, where I had put him to keep him out of the way.

I'm very pleased to say that Viktoria Movers did an excellent job moving my apartment across the city. They were very friendly, hard-working, and professional. The office staff as well as the moving staff were easy to talk to and valued my business. I will definitely use them next time I move, without hesitation.

Deva Lachman was the sales rep who visited our home to provide a quote for the move. He was punctual & professional, and prompt with responding to emails. On the day of the move, three very pleasant crew members assisted us (I regrettably can not recall their names). They took utmost care to ensure that our furniture was properly protected during the move. They worked well as a team, and were efficient. At our new home, they ensured that the boxes were placed in the rooms as I had labelled them, and the furniture set up as we requested. All this with good attitudes and friendly chats as they unloaded. I would definitely recommend this company, and this moving crew.

- Cormac from Viktoria Movers was the only rep. from the many companies we called who came to our place to give us a quote and discuss the move beforehand. - Paul and Ullar were sensational during the move...I've never seen a moving company take such good care of our furniture! - They were fast, efficient, and went to great lengths to make sure our floors stayed clean/damage free, even though it was raining like mad during the entire move. Would 100% recommend them to friends and family. Thanks!
