We have never had a better moving experience than we had with Viktoria. From our first contact with Maria and her thorough response to our queries, to our daylong project with Cormac, Dan and Chris, everything went beautifully! This company was so professional. Our stuff was treated with care and respect. Our input was sought on any decision. The truck was well fitted and in excellent repair. The work was done with expertise and intelligence. The movers were all concerned that we be happy with the placing of everything in our new home, and they were so helpful and so nice! I would have no hesitation in recommending Viktoria Movers to anyone considering a move.

We recently moved. I hired this company because of the reviews I read in this website. It was a fantastic choice. Tibor and Jacob arrived on time, started working immediately, and did not stop (literally) until the job was finished in record time for me. This was my 15th move, and I can certainly say I have never seen such hard-working men. They were fast and extremely careful with our furniture. Truly professionals. Furthermore, they were polite and well-mannered. The cost of the service is way reasonable and lower than many other companies we consulted. I would DEFINITELY recommend their service to friends.

Not only were the movers, Cormac and Dan, incredibly courteous and professional, they were also efficient and very helpful along the way. I was also very pleased with the customer service that the office staff provided. They were quick to reply to emails, flexible, and provided all of the pertinent details in a professional manner, as well. Both my wife and I were very impressed with This company, and will most certainly recommend them to our family and friends. This company has their operations well thought out and executed!

I've used Viktoria movers recently. The move was from Markham to Hamilton on Wednesday September 5, 2012. I had other moving arrangements, but they were called off 2 days before my move. Elevator in my condo building was arranged so I gave these guys a call. All I can say is WOW, reviews on this site were spot on! At first, I was suspicious, whether they will be professional and if they will be careful with my stuff, but after today`s experience I will recommend them to anyone that mentions any move or service they offer. Those guys showed on time, ready with so many dollies, wrapping stuff, covers. From the whole move, I could sense they care about their customers and their business above all. If only other companies cared as much as you do!!! Thank you again from my whole family, you saved me today.

I highly recommend Viktoria Professional Services. We were moving from Toronto to Brockville and we had to arrange movers in short notice. I called Maria on Sept 3 and we were offered a date for Sept 6. Maria was absolutely fantastic. Most of the movers I had called gave me outrageous quotes because it's on short notice and probably thought we were desperate. Viktoria movers offered a flat rate and we agreed because it sounded reasonable. Also, it was great that they didn't charge extra for any bed bags, wardrobe boxes, shrink wrap, etc. Everything you could think of that you need for a move was included in their price. The movers we had Tibor and Boaz were amazing and I don't think I have ever seen two men work this hard and efficiently. We were moving from a 4th floor apartment to an older townhouse. I tried to help them thinking that it would speed up the process but I soon realized that I was only getting in their way. They were very professional and couple of the nicest guys you will meet. No fuss, no complaints, just polite in everything they did and everything we asked them to do. I would strongly recommend them for any short or long move. When you hear stories about other movers, the peace of mind you get with these guys is amazing. At the end of the move, they finished in less time than we had anticipated and the total cost of the move was way less than everyone else had quoted us. Thank you everyone!!

After hiring some "gangsters" off Kijiji for a smaller move, I decided to hire some real movers instead. Ï chose Viktoria because they were well reviewed on this site, and gave a fair quote, and they didn't disappoint. It was a relatively small move - from one apartment to another, but the two movers were professional at all times. They carefully wrapped all items that needed it, including the bed. The whole move took about 2 hours, but there is a four hour minimum charge. Still, it was worth every penny, and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Based on my own and other people's (bad) experiences, I though there is no such thing as movers you'd actually recommend. Viktoria movers changed my opinion. Maria was nice enough to reschedule the move date as requested, on a very short notice. The guys were on time, professional, no damage to the furniture either. They provided wardrobe boxes at no extra charge. As it was looking like the move might take longer than anticipated, and they had another move in the afternoon, they trow in additional guys without charging me extra. I was happy, and I am sure the people who had the afternoon move were happy not having to start late. Highly recommended.

We had a big move not too long ago and these guys helped us out wonderfully. They were very professional and careful with our stuff, they worked very hard, and they did such in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company!
