Viktoria movers were very professional and easy to deal with from the get go. We chose them due to their reviews on homestars and they did not disappoint. Maria was very nice. They made my move stress free and i felt confident that they would take care of us. The movers Mike and gang were super friendly. The only small glitches they were 10 min late and they broke a dumb bell. But the rest of the move went well and all our stuff made it without any hassle.

When I move a few years ago, I ended up with the movers from hell. So I was worried about this move. But right from the beginning, when I spoke with Marie, to make the arrangements, I knew I would be in good hands. I was so relieved. I also had them pack up my belongings and they did a great job, nothing was broken. The person who came to do the packing was polite and fast. I also had them pick up a dinning room table I had bought on Kijiji. on the day of my move. It was important for them to be at the place where I bought it right on the dot of 6:30 a.m., The owner of the table e-mailed me to say that they were there right on the dot and it all went very smoothly. They were at my place by 7:10, which meant there was no dawdling. They were really nice guys, very polite and very efficient. Everything was moved quickly--no damage to anything, nothing missing. I highly recommend these movers.

VPS sent 2 guys and truck to my condo to move us. They were absolutely great. The wrapped and packed everything, and moved us without so much as a scratch on furniture or house. I would highly recommend Victoria as movers....pretty great experience.

I have never seen such organized, efficient and careful movers before. Everything was done in a quick timely manner and all the furniture was protected so there would be no damage. I would highly recommend this company!

My sofa bed was too big to move into the elevator and had been in the lobby for more than 2 months since we moved in to the building. One Sunday, Viktoria Professional Services came to another apartment to do the moving and I asked them to help me with the sofa bed and they did without charging any cost. While they were moving my queen size sofa bed to the elevator and to my apartment, they know what they are doing and very careful with the stuff and well organized. When I move out from this place to another, I do not hesitate to hire them and I recommend their good services to others as well. FYI, I do know the moving services because I have been moving across the provinces and within the cities with the several moving services. Just in case the readers might think this is my first hired moving. Thank you so much for your kind help moving the sofa bed. Sue...

Where to start my review? I’ll begin with the staff. Everybody that I interacted with at Viktoria was professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Maria, Rocky, and Ivana were all very friendly staff who made dealing with the company very simple and easy. On the day of the move, the crew was great (Adam, Kiril, and Slaven). They arrived 15 minutes early to assess and setup for the move. To save time, I thought I would try to help them with some of the boxes. However, I quickly realized that they were so efficient and organized, that I was just getting in the way! The only finger that my wife and I had to lift was to show them what to wrap and where to put things. Kiril did an amazing job wrapping and protecting everything (i.e. flat screen tv’s, art work, mirrors, dressers, etc.). In terms of pricing, it was a fixed hourly rate plus travel time, so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. The price even included mattress bags, wardrobe boxes, and plastic bins (which came in handy for miscellaneous loose items). Other companies would definitely charge for those items. There were only a couple of mishaps, but with every move I understand that there will be some bumps. Viktoria was extremely quick to correct mistakes and compensate for any issues we encountered. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this company for their moving services and would use them again.

We booked Viktoria off of a recommendation from close friends who raved about them - we were not disappointed. I received a confirmation call two days before the move to assure all was good. About an hour before our scheduled time I was informed that there was a problem with the truck we had booked due to the morning move being delayed by a key exchange but that we were still on schedule and that Maria had arranged for a different truck to take care of us. All was done smoothly - everything wrapped and padded appropriately, no need to worry about time as the movers HUSTLED like I'd never seen before and they didn't stop until they were pulling out of the driveway. Definitely the most polite, gracious group of movers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Viktoria is the go-to movers for all of my friends from now on. Well done Viktoria!

We hired Viktoria for our move - they were efficient, polite and did a great job. I would happily use them again and fully recommend them. Movers aren't always the most reliable - but Viktoria is!

We moved from a 4 bedroom house to an apartment. Maria came to give us a quote and was very thorough in her presentation and follow-up. Cormac, Kiril, and Slaven showed up on time with a very clean and orgranized truck. They were very efficient but careful and we experienced no damage or loss. We will be moving to a condo when it is completed in 18 months and will use Viktoria for that move. We highly recommend the company to others.

Kirill and Josh did an amazing job for us. We didn't need to lift a finger and everything was moved in perfect condition. My husband and I have moved 3 times in the past 4 years and they are by far the best movers that we have used. Every penny was worth it.
