I moved from a condo to the 3rd floor of an older home. It was a tough day, but not only was the Viktoria team professional, they continued to be positive and upbeat. Once they realize 4 pieces of furniture would need to be lifted through the 3rd floor patio on the outside of the house, they called additional team members in who arrived within an hour. All of my furniture was cared for, shrink wrapped and put into the proper place in my new home. I would definitely use them again.

Moving from a condo to a house. Rocky and Alex were great, very clean and professional from beginning to end. A small mark on the wall was repaired a few days later without any issue. Thanks for the great work. We've already recommended Viktoria to other friends. (sorry for the long time in writing a review)

From the beginning of the always stressful moving process I was very impressed with Viktoria's professionalism. Maria was starightforward and helpful when she came (on time) to give her estimate, and the estimate itself led to a firm, flat rate for the move. No hidden costs.She also checked at various points before packing day to ensure that everything was on track. We'd decided to have Viktoria pack up the kitchen and a few other things we didn't get to, and on packing day the packers arrived on time, packed up in very good time, and shrink-wrapped the furniture. On moving day everything went very smoothly, and arrived in great shape and was unpacked properly. I was pleased with the environmental policy of this company. The packing peanuts are made of potato starch rather than styrofoam, and blankets and other materials are cleaned and reused. The movers were great guys, in particular we appreciated the good humor and kindness of Cormac the crew boss. We had trouble finding two pieces of art and were quite anxious about this. Not only was Maria reassuring and helpful, Cormac and Chandor actually stopped by on their way to Montreal to look for the paintings! And they found them, in a chandelier box that we'd partially opened. Now that's service well beyond the call of duty! After many bad experiences with big moving companies, with Viktoria I decided to go with a smaller, service-based company. It was the right decision, and I unreservedly recommend.Viktoria for your move.

I used the moving services of Viktoria twice during March and April 2012. Scheduling was friendly and efficient. Each time the team arrived on time and got organized in a very professional and efficient manner. The team members are polite and friendly. They treat your property with care and make every effort to have everything running smoothly. The items which needed to be taken apart were reassembled at the final destination and set up in the proper position. Using Viktoria has been an excellent experience, and I highly recommend their services.

The folks @ Viktoria helped us move last week from a large 1 bedroom condo @ Yonge & Dundas (Pantages Hotel/Suites) to a house in East York. The move took longer than I had expected but the guys were hustling the whole time...I guess I've just never had pro movers before - these guys shrink wrap ALL furniture to avoid scratches and wrap all breakables in blankets! Some of the nicest, most polite and hard working movers I've ever met. Great job Viktoria...you will be our go to movers in the (hopefully very distant) future. GREAT VALUE for what they charge!

One of the best worry free experience from beginning to end of the project. The painter did a fantastic job as well as a very professional team of movers. Efficient and careful. Even my most precious glass items and antiques were packed with care. They were on time and never stopped working from the minute they arrived. They were organized and professional. Because of the great work Viktoria Professional Services team provided, many potential buyers had positive comments about my house, I was able to sell my house quickly. I will absolutely use their services again and have recommended Viktoria Professional Services to my friends who are also very happy with this company. Well done and Thank you.

Viktoria Professional Services handled my recent move from a downtown 3-storey townhouse to a condo in Richmond Hill. After meeting Maria, who came to assess the requirements and was professional, practical, friendly & helpful, I was hopeful that this move would be as competently handled as possible - and it was that & much more. The move crew arrived on time, were polite, good-humoured, very careful, & never seemed to stop working. Maria's assessment was right on target and the day went without a hitch. I would recommend Viktoria to anyone wanting a move handled in a highly professional, service-oriented, no 'surprises' manner. They did a great job!

I used Viktoria Movers this week-end and they were great. Very professional. No damage to anything and they had to take apart some furniture for the move. Before they left they asked us to ensure everything was where it should be. I would use them again.

Two guys from Victoria Professional Services helped with my move last week. I've moved dozens of time and have used movers on a few occasions ... now that I’ve exhausted willing helpers from my pool of friends and family. I can happily say this was by far the easiest move ever. I'm always skeptical about company reviews that appear to be overly positive -- you wonder whether the reviews are legitimate, especially after all the moving company horror stories you read online and hear from friends. In this case, everything lived up to the great reviews, from start to finish. Maria was quick and courteous in all her responses to my inquiries and in coordinating the move; the movers were fast, careful, polite, and knowledgeable (watching them work made me realize how there’s a lot of efficiencies to be gained from using skilled movers that know all the little nuances involved). I'm not looking forward to moving again -- it's never fun no matter how easy it is -- but if I do have to move, I'll definitely consider Viktoria Professional Services.

Great Manager, employees on time, had own boxes and bins. Didn't have to lift a finger :) Will recommend to others and use in the future if needed. Thanks for the help. Nina
