The most professional move ever. I have probably moved 20 times in the last 40 years. Most moves were years ago but this one was the most professionally handled ever. The guys were on time, move came in under what I was expecting to pay because they moved everything in far less time then I had budgeted. If you don't use victoria, you just made a mistake.

I felt like my best friends helped me move to my new home. When I met Maria for the first time I felt that nothing you could throw at this woman would stress her out - and that was important to me - as I knew my move was going to be stressful any way I looked at it. I was moving from a very large home that I had lived in for 19 years to a home less than half the size - had not had the time to get rid of much - and complications leading up to the move had left little time for packing. The job would involve a two day move - and at the 11th hour I needed packers to help. Maria had six men there versus the two originally planned - and the nicest guys you could possibly hope to meet. The team was led by Cormack - who kept his cool and calm through what I imagine was one of the more difficult and stressful moves they had encountered. I truly do not know what might have happened if I had not had such an incredible team of people working with me during what eventually turned out to be a three day move. The whole team went above and beyond the call of duty - and I will be forever grateful for the compassion, concern, and caring they all exhibited during an extremely difficult time. This is a company you can count on in every way - with that rare quality so hard to find these days. They REALLY DO CARE about their customers. I thank Homestars for helping me find this company. I highly recommend Viktoria Professional Services. They truly are professional in every aspect, and thank them once again for their understanding and kindness during some very difficult days.

Very professional, effective, careful. Their planning process was tailored to my needs. The execution of the move was impeccable. In addition, my job was very complex and required a certain amount of flexibility in terms of scheduling/routing; they were very accommodating and efficient.

Viktoria is simply exemplary, end-to-end. My initial call was returned quickly. A written, very competitively priced quote was provided quickly. The crew were delightful to work with. They were highly professional, on time, very friendly, quick and extraordinarily customer-service oriented. They responded to change beautifully, and did a great job in minimizing the stress of a move by putting me at ease at every turn. It really doesn't get any better than that. I cannot overstate my satisfaction with this company. They have earned yet another 10.

Having had some bad experiences in the past, I've found moving my antique furniture has always been a stressful experience for me. Cormack and the team at Viktoria Movers were so careful and professional, though, that I found myself actually sitting back and relaxing as the boys did their job. They were efficient, and hard-working. I'm pleased to say that every piece made it without a single scratch. A friend recommended them to me and I will certainly do the same! And a big thank you to Maria who even stopped by on the day to check in and make sure everything was going well.

The guys from Viktoria were great. They showed up on time and were personable and very fast! there were some items that we didn't know how to pack properly, like lamps, that we just left to them, and they handled them pretty well. We did get a tear in one lampshade, but I don't think that's indicative of the overall service -- just bad luck.

The team, led by Ricky, was tremendous. Starting from the initial inquiry call to completion of the job, Ricky and his team made what could otherwise be a stressful and long day a much less unpleasant experience. Though our move involved moving from a 4-storey home to another one, there was nary a compliant by anyone during the day, constantly going up and down stairs. The team (I would have liked to mention each person by name, but of course, I didn't write it down and have now forgotton, sorry to the rest of the guys!) was truly professional and very friendly all day, and took pains with our stuff, making sure to wrap everything. We will definitely be using them again in our future move. Great job, guys and thanks again!

We received EXCELLENT moving service from Cormack, Richy and Josh at Viktoria Moving. They arrived exactly on time, introduced themselves to us and were extremely professional and efficient. All the furniture was wrapped in plastic. They took great care in handling everything out of the former house and into the new. They took the bed frame apart and set it up again. They moved a few pieces around to ensure it was exactly where we wanted it to be. They worked well individually and as a team. All the plastic was removed from the furniture after the move and was taken away with them. They made moving very stress free. We have already recommended them to others and would gladly use them again.

Viktoria moving personnel arrived on time and promptly began to perform their tasks in a practiced manner. I had the pleasure of being assissted by two well mannered and professional gentlemen. They ensured that all my furniture was protected and organized carefully in the truck. I happened to move on a day when the weather was not about to give anyone an easy time and these guys kept in constant contact via cell-phone to advise me of their location. Bottom line, the furniture was taken out properly and deposited at the new site properly. That was exactly what I paid for! I would recommend these guys to everyone.

I highly recommend Viktoria movers. In fact, I have already recommended them to several friends'! They were extremely efficient and professional. I was very impressed with how well they wrapped valuables/breakables. They were also very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Not only did they pack everything well, but they took off and disposed of all the wrapping in the new place. They also positioned furniture exactly where I wanted it before leaving. Also, I had a glued together, slightly broken desk which one of the movers broke again, by mistake. He brought out his tools to hammer some nails into it and then also glued it, thereby making it stronger than it had been before! I can't say enough about the amazing service I was given.
