VIKTORIA MOVING PERFORMED AN EXCELLENT JOB, BY MOVING MY DAUGHTERS APARTMENT CONTENTS FROM TORONTO TO PORT HOPE ONTARIO. THE MOVE WAS DONE ON TIME IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE TWO IRISH GENTLEMEN WHO I'M SORRY I FORGOT THERE NAMES WERE GREAT AND VERY CONSIDERATE IN EVERY ASPECT. THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE BY OFFERING TO PUT HER DINING ROOM SET BACK TOGETHER. ROCKY WAS OVERSEEING THIS MOVE ALL THE WAY.I HAVE USED MANY MOVING COMPANYS OVER THE YEARS AND VIKTORIA IS THE BEST BY FAR

I hired Viktoria based on the reviews here and obtaining several quotes. Maria and Rocky were so easy to deal with (mostly over email), prompt and informative. The movers arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and careful. They had blankets and bubble wrap for my couch, book shelves, and other picture frames. My couch just barely fit through my new front door but the guys easily took the doors off and replaced them perfectly. I wasn't as packed as I should have been so the final bill was a little higher than I had anticipated but it was worth it to have these professionals in charge of my move. I also hired them to do a pre-move cleaning (additional $200 for 6 hours). The cleaning lady was very thorough and efficient. I would definitely recommend Viktoria Professionals for anyone planning a move.

After suffering previous nightmare moves, Viktoria were fantastic. The guys were punctual, worked flat out the entire time and were very respectful of our possessions and new house. The rate was clear before the job started, was very fare and they completed the job in good time. The moving industry in Canada seems to be a business full of criminals, so it was refreshing to find such a good, professional company. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Made one of life's more stressful events a complete breeze. Really brilliant.

Spoke to Rocky, Email confirmation received, on time, reasonable pricing, EXCELLENT and courteous service. Small damage on an old TV, very reasonable discount provided. Will recommend to all my friends that need a moving company.

I have moved a few times and these are the BEST movers I have ever used. On time, professional, friendly, and very competent! I was anxious about having another not-so-great moving experience but Cormac immediately put my mind at ease by telling me how they were going to approach the move. Truly a stressfree day. Maria, Tivor, and their entire crew were professional and a pleasure to deal with. The crew started working on our move early in the morning. They were courteous, careful and hardworking. The job took almost 12 hours to complete (though they worked fast), but at the end of the day, they were all still smiling and courteous. Moving is never easy, but Viktoria Professional Services made the whole experience so much easier. These are probably the best movers we've ever hired.

I’m sure most you had bad experiences with Moving Companies; for me I’ve seen the worst… I was really thinking of having one week off and move my stuff by my self just to avoid the whole hassle. But then I decided to make few calls first and when I spoke with Maria I noticed that there is something different. She explained to me how they work and how they are clear about their fees, so I decided to take my chances with the company. I was not disappointed at all. The movers showed up in my apartment exactly on time and I was surprised because we have security in the building and the elevator is usually is handed to tenants only; so when I offered that we go down stairs to get the elevator they told me they already took care of everything. They were very nice and professional from the beginning to the end of the job and they were ready to help me with anything even the excess furniture that I was throwing away they helped me moving it to the recycling area (without slacking). My estimation on how much time I need to finish the move was 7 hours but they did it in 5 only and the guys didn’t waste any minute. Maria, you and your team gave me hope that moving could be a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend this company to any one who is hoping for a smile on the face after a move.

viktoria professional movers are just that - totally professional. they moved us from a three bedroom house to our new home in august 2011, and the service was superb. they delivered boxes to my house for me to pack into with no delivery charge and at a convenient time for me. they advised us all the way through to the move, and then the three person team led by tibor, turned up early and moved us calmly and efficiently with patience and kindness. they worked very hard and treated our possessions with care. thank you to all the team and maria who, so very efficiently, organized everything from the office and even lent to us the wardrobe boxes for an extra 10 days free of charge until our new wardrobes were built. thank you, thank you - i recommend this company highly.

Viktoria did a great job packing up our house and moving our things. I would definitely recommend using professional packers. Everything was packed with care and properly labelled - plus they took apart all the furniture for the move and re-assembled it in the new house. After we moved in we discovered that a couple furniture items did not seem put together properly. They promptly came and fixed it the following day - no questions asked. I would definitely use them again.
