We called many movers, whom are highly rated on Homestars and were shocked at how many didn't return our calls or email requests. Viktoria Professional Full Home Services was prompt in their replies, thorough in their quotation, and lived up to their promises. Rocky and his crew showed up the day before the move to help us with some packing. They did a great job to make sure that everything was packed and that things were prepped for the move. We were buying and selling on the same day. For this reason, Maria arranged a later start time knowing we wouldn't have our keys until later in the day. Rocky and the crew arrived 15 minutes early and were absolute professionals. They had our stuff loaded quickly. They then unloaded us into the new home quickly putting all the things where we requested. After unloading us at our new home, they unloaded some items at another location including a piano down a challenging flight of stairs. They were incredibly polite, patient, encouraging, and friendly. They took a huge amount of stress away from what could have been a very stressful event. The next two days we had Maria and her staff out at our new home getting us organized. The place looked impecable after they left. If we were to move again, I wouldn't even try to call anyone else. Thank you for making our move so pleasant!

We have moved many times but have never experienced the personal and professional service we received from Maria, Tibor, Rocky, and the crew. From the beginning ,Maria was quickly available for the quote and always on call to answer any questions or concerns. Packing materials were delivered on the weekend and in the correct quantity. On moving day the crew arrived on schedule and never stopped until the truck was loaded. They wrapped evey item and were exeptionally careful as they moved out heavy antique pieces and delicate china. Everything arrived in good condition. Even though it was a very long day the men maintained their good humor. I would use Viktoria Movers again and would highly recomment them to anyone else.

This was my first time using movers and after searching on HomeStars, I decided Viktoria will be the moving company for me. From the very beginning they were professional, courteous, and diligent. The movers were very hard working and very professional. They never once took a break! I cannot stress how amazing this company is. It has to be one of the best companies I've dealt with in my whole life. I don't know why anyone would ever choose someone else for their moving needs. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This company is absolutely fantastic. Maria took the time to go over everything on the phone in great detail and arranged to have the cleaners do a thorough cleaning the day before my move. They did everything from bathrooms, hardwood, windows, appliances (inside & out), cupboards etc. Maria even arranged for the 2nd floor carpets to be steam cleaned as the cleaners finished the main floor. Steve was at the condo quite a bit that day making sure everything went smoothly and I believe Maria herself came back just before the move the day after to finish the windows. Rocky & Tibor showed up the next day to handle the move and they were amazing from start to finish. They even helped pack the last of my things I couldn't figure out how to pack and had me completely moved hours before I had expected to be finished. Unlike other companies there was no complaining about the lack of an elevator in my old condo and their professionalism was very reassuring. I've passed Viktoria's info to my family, friends and colleagues and wouldn't hesitate to use them for any of their services again.

We needed someone to move some of our furniture from the city to our weekend place in another town. We also needed to have some furniture moved from the garage to the third floor and other furniture moved around in each house. These guys were fantastic. Rocco and Tibor never stopped until the job was done. They went above and beyond what we ever would have expected. It was a long day for them, with 4 hours of driving as well. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. Thank you Maria, Rocco and Tibor. You were the best part of a time that was very stressful for us. We will definitely be calling you again. First, I would like to thank Viktoria for your excellent service. The moving team did an excellent job. When I first called Viktoria, it was Maria who picked up the phone. She was very pleasant to talk to and easy to deal with. She gave me a quote on the phone and also followed up with an email. I also had a situation at home which meant that I might be canceling the move at the very last minute. Maria understood my situation and was very flexible with that. She offered to call me the night before and an hour before the move to check to make sure the move was still on, which she did and was really nice of her. The movers showed up on time. Infact, Cormack showed up ~10 minutes early to see how much stuff I had and to plan the move. I also had some stuff which needed to be picked up from another unit in the same building and they were okay with that. The move went very well. I had some heavy boxes but the movers never complained. They were very professional and took care of my stuff. They asked for payments at the very end after everything was unloaded. I had a very good experience with Viktoria. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I got a last minute offer for a job in another province. With little to no time to prepare, I needed help with everything from organizing to packing to making the big move happen. Maria helped me sort out my plan of action and Tibor and Cormack helped me get it done! They were conscientious with my items, they were efficient with their packing and they made the long travel from Toronto to Regina on time. I would recommend Viktoria to anyone who needs movers they can rely on and trust.

Viktoria is one of the most professional companies I've ever used, for moving or other services. Maria with whom I placed the order was very friendly, willing to help out, and easy to reach by phone or email. She was very efficient, professional and reliable. Tibor, Cormack and Rocky, the movers, were punctual, very friendly and understanding. They really listened and willingly complied to specific requests. Some very heavy items were difficult to move to the second floor, but they sorted it out. And everything was done in a cheerful manner despite the difficulty of certain jobs. They were also courteous at all times and very professional. A real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company, with no reservations.

Rocky and his crew are top notch. They took care of our big move no problem and continually asked us if we needed help with anything else to ease our own workload. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a good mover.
