We interviewed a number of companies, including some very well-known, and chose Viktoria based on meeting Rocky, and on HomeStars reviews. Tibor and Cormack arrived early both days, worked very hard, and couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. Moving home is stressful, and they helped us through two very long days, helping us unpack on arrival. There were no hidden or extra charges, nothing was damaged, and we have already engaged the company to move our daughter to Montreal. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company, especially considering our experiences interviewing the competition! 5 stars PLUS!

Viktoria Services are an excellent value. Their price is very reasonable and they are very, very fast - without being careless with your home or belongings. For me they were able to pack up everything I owned from three separate locations around Courtice and London, and move them to my new home in London in about 9 hours - which includes the 3 hour drive to London, which they did carefully adhering to the posted speed limits. When our queen-sized box-spring didn't fit up the stairs they removed a second story window from its frame, hoisted the box-spring onto the roof, replaced the window and carried on with the move - turning what I thought was a huge problem into a simple 5 or 10 minute task. Viktoria Services was recommended to me by a satisfied customer and now, as a satisfied customer myself, I recommend them to you.

We hired Viktoria to move from a house to a condo in early May. We went with an hourly rate for 3 guys and a truck. Rocky and his team were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and went right to work. Everything was wrapped and loaded quickly and efficiently. Unloading went just as smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and would use them again. Good value and service.

Moving can be very stressful. We all know that. This was not the first time I moved, but it was the first time i hired a moving company. And after i read and heard some horror stories about movers, I did lots of research before I hired one. We are so happy we choose Viktoria Professional Services. They delivered everything they promised. We moved a 3 bedroom house from Mississauga to Whitby. The truck was scheduled to be at our old house at 8 AM. They arrived 15 minutes before 8, parked the truck, and started working. I still can't believe I was in the new hours by 4 PM!!! And all our furniture was in perfect shape, with not even one scratch!!! We want to thank Maria and Tibor ( the owners ) and also the 3 movers ( I apologize I forgot their names ) for their professionalism. We 100 % recommend Viktoria Professional Services to anyone who wants to have a worry free move.

Rocky and his team were very professional from the inital booking of the move through to completion. Despite some minor set-backs, it was apparent that the top priority of Rocky and his team was to ensure a successful move . I was amazed at how efficiently the team loaded and unloaded the truck, which allowed me to focus on other things when moving into my new home. Rocky, Tibor, and their team have done many things for my house, it is difficult to give a proper review. What I can say in all my dealings with them, the crews have been prompt, polite, and NEAT!!! The quality of their work is truly impressive. I recommend them to everyone I know. They truly cater to every home need, big or small.

I had never hired professional movers before; always done it myself to save money. Will never make that mistake again. Not cheap but worth every penny and I will definitely call them for my next move. Extremely polite, punctual, helpful, friendly. Very thorough job. I had some extremely delicate and breakable pieces that they moved without any problem. It was a rainy day and they had runners to avoid bringing any dirt in the house. Awesome job.

I hired this company since they had an average of 10 in HomeStars. The company came to my apartment to made a free quotation. The person who went (Rocky) was very professional. He explained me in detail the services that they will provide. The moving day they arrived on time. They were highly professionals. The team was fantastic! Nice and efficient. It was clear that, beside the hard work, they enjoyed doing their job. They made that day a less stressful day for all of us. They disassembled, moved and assembled back six beds and tons of stuff from my big family, carefully and professionally (from a 43rd floor apartment to a 4 stories townhouse). I think that it is worth every single dollar that I paid. Thanks to all the team for moving my stuff and for your hard work. Rocky and Viktoria movers were professional and friendly right from the start. Rocky came to our house to do a flat rate quote or we had the choice of an hourly rate. I was very happy to have him come to the house because it was nice to meet him before committing to hiring the company. We felt much more confident that we could trust the company and we would have a successful move. We went with the flat rate quote which was very reasonable since we have a large house and alot of stuff! On moving day Rocky was a bit late because of a problem with the subway, but he called us before he was due to let us know, and we didn't mind at all. The movers put down runners on all of the stairs to save our carpets. They shrink wrapped everything to keep it safe and dry (it was raining all day). All three of the movers were friendly and professional and took everything in stride. I felt completely confident having them handle our more precious items. They dissembled and re-assembled all of our furniture. They provided wardrobe boxes and mattresses bags free of charge. In the end they got everything moved. They stayed until the job was done. They were extremely hard workers and made our move so much less stressful then it could have been. Thank you so much Rocky and Team! We hope we can use you again in the future!

These guys were the best movers I've ever hired. They were recommended by a friend who used them and said they were the most professional, hardworking movers he'd ever used. I had the same experience and now I recommend them to all my friends and family.
