Hi there, We hired Viktoria Inc. to help us conduct a 5 floor (over 3 building) office move on Dec 14th 2018. we started the move at 4pm and the team was so great and efficent the move was complete by 10pm the team where so professional and quick, all down to the great management of Phil. Phil kept in contact with me the whole time and made sure everything was in the correct place. I would highly recommend this company and will definetley be using these for all future moving requirments

I got three quotes and Viktoria was the most reasonable. The 3 movers arrived early and worked very hard throughout the day. They disassembled furniture as required and wrapped everything carefully. They were efficient and pleasant. I was worried about the move but there was no need - they were great! They even moved the piano to another address for us. I tried contacting piano movers and no one was interested. We were happy with the service and would use them again and recommend to others.

Viktoria Movers is a Professional and exceptional company to deal with. I paid $942 for a 5 hour move. Maria at the main office was pleasant to deal with. Paul and Ian were very efficient and professional.

This company has been the best moving company I ever dealt with. I moved from Toronto to Vancouver. They were on time and there was no hidden charge. Absolutely recommend.

I relocated for work, and could not take sufficient time to prep for my move so Viktoria provided full pack, load, move and unload services. Kristian and Donald had my 2bed + Office house packed and loaded in under 5 hrs, working non stop with minimal packing assistance from my sister and I. The final cost came in under the quote (when does that ever happen), and they arrived a day early and delivered the next morning, though the estimate was three day delivery. Again, unloaded, unwrapped and set up working tirelessly and even went the extra mile helping me hang my TVs. Moving is always a daunting event, but thanks to Viktoria this one was a piece of cake!

We never used movers before and read of horror stories in regard to damage, actual costs far exceeding estimates etc. We were extremely pleased with this company. The movers were on time, worked their tails off, super polite, wrapped and handled all our goods with care. The move was from the Windsor area to the Collingwood area. The estimate provided for the move was accurate - no surprises. The movers completed packing our home one day and said they would meet us at the storage facility (5 hours away) the next day at 8:30 a.m. I was shocked when I drove to the storage area the next day and there were the two trucks and movers. Our belongings were in storage for three months and we moved into our new home last week. Not a scratch on anything. We also received an immediate refund for the moving blankets we used while our furniture was in storage. Great company, super staff and good experience.

I moved from Calgary to Vancouver Island. From my very first contact with Viktoria Moving - to ask about pricing and availably to after the movers were done unloading - it was a great experience! Very easy to work with, professional, reliable, careful and exceptional service. I did a lot of research in choosing a moving company and contacted many - happy with my decision.

I sold my house in Calgary and had to move out bu March 25. I bought a house in Kemptville, ON, occupancy date August 1. I was not sure which mover to use. I search the internet and read reviews. I got 3 quotations for reputable movers, the best one was Viktoria. The moving day came, they packed what were not packed by us. everything were cover with thick blankets. Work done by 3 person. For a 2 bed room house they pack every necessary thing and loaded to a truck. I visited their facility in Calgary, it was very impressive. I had to arrange for a 5 months storage with them in Toronto. Price was very reasonable. On August 10 after my house was ready I had all my belonging shipped from their Toronto warehouse to Kemptvile, Ontario. Everything were good except one office chair was broken but they replaced it very quickly, and they did not add extra charges. What they charged me was exactly what they quoted me. I have used multiple moving companies and these guys were amazing. By far the best. Everything a solid company should be; professional, punctual, listens, responds to questions quickly. (Isn't it crazy that's not the norm with moving companies?!) Maria who coordinated the move is on top of things and is always willing to answer any questions. The movers - they're strong, fast and so polite. True gentlemen! Small example - apologizing to pedestrians for blocking the sidewalk (for a few minutes) while they're carrying a massive couch. I highly recommend their services.

Viktoria movers helped me move to my new home and stored my furniture in storage for a couple months while my new place was getting built. Nothing but great things to say about them. Punctual, very professional and quick to get back to me. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for movers!
