My home alarm system .... approx. 7 years old.... suddenly went dead about a month ago. Elizabeth from the service department politely walked me through several steps...on the phone... and the system came alive again. She could not explain while the sudden loss of service... but she askwsmwto call her again if the problem recurred. Well.... it did. Approx. 3 weeks later the system went dead again. I called Elizabeth again as she had suggested and she arranged for a technician to come over to troubleshoot and to upgrade the system. The problem. Turned out to be a short in one of the motion wires somewhere in the walls which caused the entire system to shut down. The motion detector was replaced with a wireless one at no cost to me. The issue has been resolved and I have an upgraded system. Elizabeth showed great customer service.... acted quickly... efficiently..... and politely. The technician that came over worked hard.... clean...and was very knowledgeable. Great job all around Deluxe?

i had new windows installed and needed them to be rewired. i just gave them a ring and the appointment was booked for the next day. we have been with Deluxe Alarms for 15 yrs and they have always been great to deal with.

I have called Delux Alarms for different quotes regarding system upgrades and have received very good information about the process involved. Quotes are reasonable and offers very top quality products. We have always received excellent customer service and call back were prompt and efficient with information. All representatives are very courteous and very informed of system upgrades. We had service provided in 2003 and later again changed service in 2014, have had excellent care about our system the workers were efficient, kind and answered all our questions with confidence and care. We have called over the years regarding the system panel, about how to use and change different request and have always received awesome responses with kindness and efficiency. Thanks great service. I recently did a system test for my alarm and had the pleasure of working with Melinda. I was a quick and easy process. I have been with Delux Alarms for over 13 years. I have always received great service. Upgrding to the doorbell camera was the best thing I did. The installation was quick and efficient. The technician was very helpful. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Zar when I called about a problem with my videos. She was so patient and took her time with me walking me through step by step, never rushing me. I would highly recommend them.

I used them cor my other house, it wirks all the time. I called for service on the alarm, and they cane quick. So when I am moving i ser it up with deluxe alarms again. Very good service

I have been a long time customer with Deluxe Alarms because of their Great Service. I recently had to upgrade my alarm because I had a break in and my alarm was not armed that night. I called deluxe Alarm and they were able to tell me where they entered my home and the exact time. They also helped me upgrade my system and added to it. with in two days of my called my system was upgraded and set up with new pass codes. I recommend Deluxe Alarms to all my family and friends.
