Been with deluxe since 2006. Reliable good service. Very consistent over the years. Never had any issues. Love the key fobs. Easy to get and change batteries too. Friendly customer service.

Installation is smooth and on time. And when the alarm accidentally triggered, you will always get a call within minutes to ensure everything okay. You feel secured and also get discount from your home insurance as well.

I have been with Deluxe Alarms for 12 years now. When my system stopped working for some reason I was contacted by Simon and he offered me a new, top of their line alarm system at no extra charge than what I was already paying. I did do a couple other upgrades but was also given discounts that were almost impossible to give up. Everything Simon promised was delivered. All service people were professional and did their job very well. I have nothing to complain about. Every time you call someone personally speaks to you and is always willing to help. Kelsie was another person I spoke to who was also wonderful. Simon is a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend Delux alarms to anyone.

Their service is good pick up the phone right away staff is always polite good job and I would recommend this compney for sure . The best thing Alaram And camera both never had any issues since we have installed

Have the system since moved in new house 2002, recently updated system with camera door bell. I don't have any problems with Deluxe. They keep the cost down all these years. I do recommend their service.

I’ve been Deluxe Alarms since I bought my new home in 2002. I have upgraded my equipment a few times. Deluxe Alarms always have the cutting edge equipment all the new little gadgets.
