Their service, response time and equipment have all been more than satisfactory. We leave our house and sleep at night feeling safe and protected. We've had technical issues that were easily resolved over the phone with an efficient and friendly representative.

Overall, the customer services answers promptly when I call/email them. I also dealt with the need for a technician to come to my home to fix the doorbell and he was able to analyze and complete the work on a timely manner as well.

Great customer service and very fast response time for the monitor centre. Highly recommend. I was with deluxe alarms in a previous home due to a contract they had with the builder. I moved and went with Deluxe Alarms again in my new home. A+++++ in my books.
