We have been with Deluxe Alarms for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with our alarm and monitoring. We just moved to a new house and Deluxe made the transition seamless and even came to our new home (resale) and upgraded the system for free with video monitoring at the front door. Keep up the good work and I'd gladly refer deluxe alarms to anyone who asks.

Spoke to Melinda and she was very informative, professional and thorough, she has high standards of service. Also had a technician come to our home and also informative and thorough.

Please stay away from these guys. They suck you into a contract through the builder. They say something to your face, when it comes around to figure out the real deal, they send you the contract. They say, it was all there, you didn't read it - you didn't even give me a chance to read it. In the end, it's the owner's fault, but I guess that's how they make there money, say something and then tell you to read the contract once you've signed it. Just search up Deluxe Alarms online, don't believe the rating on this site. Something is fishy... As well, they have a few alarm companies registered to the same name - that's not fishy at all. If a company is even somewhat reputable, you would try to advertise the same name everywhere else. Take care and good luck, if you're stuck with them.

I would highly recommend not using the services of Deluxe Alarms. Their customer service is aweful. Once they have an install, they drop off the face of the earth. They NEVER return calls nor emails. The only person who answers the phone is the alarm dispatch service. When you try to cancel, they do not return any emails nor calls. They just continue to try and take money out of our bank account. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE!!!!

You need to read this review before you think of using DELUXE ALARMS. * They will try and get you into a 3 yr or 5 yr contract without you knowing it. You will only find out when you want to cancel. * If you want to get out of the contract early good luck. Its like the Hotel California, you can come there but you can never leave They will get you to pay the full amount of the remaining contract, it does not matter whether you re moving or sell your house. * Never ever even think of giving them your bank account for direct debit. They are blood sucking parasites that will never leave you alone * Customer service is awful, just plain awful. From the CEO down, these folks are trained to be arrogant and rude. * Do yourself a favour, find another company. Feedback based on users first hand experience.

I meet with Bav from Deluxe Alarms who helped me transition into my new home with peace of mind and ease. Bav listened to my needs and provided many suitable alarm options that would best meet my needs. I really like my front door monitoring system which allows me to view who is at the door before responding. The representatives who did the final installation ensured that that the installation was done to perfection. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. If you have the option of meeting with Bav I highly recommend doing so. He has a great knowledge of the products Deluxe Alarms provides, as well as the products on the market and answered my installation questions.

I must say that I am very pleased with my alarm company; DELUXE ALARMS. They are very friendly and professional. I remember how easily my alarm system and central vac was scheduled and installed. Every time we set off the alarm (oops!) we get a call immediately asking if we are okay. Recently renewed my agreement over the phone with FARA and upgraded my alarm system at no additional cost! She gave me different options to choose from! They have been so accomodating with providing lawn signs, stickers, Pass cards, insurance certificates whenever we requested. Thank you DELUXE ALARMS for the peace of mind that you have provided me and my family for the past 4 years. I always recommend you to my friends and co-workers. Fred
