We met with the people at Deluxe alarms when building a new house. Bav was very helpful and ensured we were able to find everything we wanted for our alarm system. The installation was very clean and they did not ruin our walls, unlike the one done in our old house by a different company. About 8 months after the system was put in, the alarm went off and the police dispatched. It was a false alarm so after talking to Deluxe alarms, they sent over Sergey (the nicest man ever) and adjusted the sensitivity of the motion detectors. They also dealt with the police dispatch charge so we would not have to pay. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Very unhelpful, arrogant people in customer service. When I spoke to the owner about the issues I was having he seemed not to care much. The owner Stefan is very arrogant himself, so its no wonder his staff are.

I am a new customer but only have good things to say about Deluxe, especially due to the thought service provided by Fara Fathy. As a new customer I was needed guidance regarding the system, Fara helped me understand the home security alarm systems, there differences, found an excellent GSM solution to my VOIP concerns and really made this transition as smooth as possible. Install place in a timely manner. Even post installation, when my mother had to learn on how to operate we again contacted Fara who promptly responded, assisted my mom and updated me on it as well. I cannot predict the future but my service and especially customer support up till now has been excellent and I would highly recommend Deluxe alarm and for those who will contact - ask for my go to contact Fara Fathy. Good jobs guys keep it up.

We were offered the choice of working with the team at Deluxe for many of our new home needs and we decided to work with Deluxe over other vendors as their service offering was a no nonsense solution and made it easy for us - one stop shop with great service and great prices. We postponed the installation of the home alarm system for a short time as matters with the move were hard to handle all at once. The Deluxe team was very understanding. Once we were ready to move forward, they made the process effortless and easy to understand. the installer was very professional efficient and helpful and so was the customer service team who helped answer all our questions without any hesitance. We are very happy with our choice with Deluxe and thank Tina and Cherish for all their support and look forward to working with them on further enhancements to our new home.

I have been with Deluxe for over 5 years I have never had a problem they are a reliable service that tend to your needs when you need assistance. Sherisse their representative is right there and is very accomodating and she will asist you with whatever questions you have in a timely manner. I appreciate that type of service.

Whenever, my alarm has been set off, they are prompt to follow up to ensure my home and family are safe. I have had an account with them for a number of years and have only encountered good service. Because I am a new user, I have a lot of questions to ask, like billing issues and technical questions. I have contacted deluxe alarm company several times and talked to Sunny,Sherisse and some guys I forgot their names. All of them were very nice and patient., I got very professional customer service experience. I am very satisfied. Thanks a lot.

I have called the Deluxe Alarm customer service line and spoke to Amanda Powar regarding how to create user code. She promptly sent me detailed instruction via e-mail how to create or change the master/ user code. She was very courteous and helpful. I was very happy with the service.
