Amanda Powar from Deluxe Alarms was very helpful with the entire process, from the intial step to the end. I am pleased with the service and particulary the prompt response that I received anytime there was a problem. Customer service is good.

We called Deluxe Alarms to find out what our Landline Options are for Monitoring our Alarm. Melinda in Customer Service explained all of the options including the benefits of each option and emailed a List of VoIP Internet Providers which are compatible with alarm monitoring.

Mary from Delux Alarms was very helpful and knowledgable in assisting us in our moinitored alrm installation. I would recommend this company as we have used them for over 5 years. They have very competative rates and have great customer service. Thanks Mary!

Dealing with Grand Alarms was a very pleasant experience. Being very busy myself, the staff, including Liz and Angela took all the stress away from me and gave me a great set up. The Installer was very knowledgeable and professional. I have used their services twice so far.

I just ended my 3-year contract with Deluxe Alarm and consider switching to Rogers Home Monitoring. The only reason for my switch is to get rid of my home phone landline. I have no issues with Deluxe Alarm. I notified Deluxe Alarm by fax for the termination and Amanda Powar of the Customer Service called me and offered me a GSM module at a good deal. It works out to be a much better package than Rogers and I can switch my home phone landline to VoIP to save some money. Amanda's advice and services are excellent and I am very comfortable to stay with Deluxe Alarm for another 3 years, may be more 3-years to come. Thanks Amanda

I called Deluxe Alarms to speak with Technical Service, the line was busy and Melinda in Customer Service was able to answer all of my questions and assisted with reprogramming over the phone. Awesome, I was extremely pleased to speak with Melinda and to find that Deluxe Alarms Customer Service Representatives are able to help homeowners with technical service.

Spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who instructed on the procedure to revise our Deluxe Alarms account. Melinda offered her email address and confirmed receipt of the changes we have made on our account. We are satisfied with the services provided by Deluxe Alarms and would recommend their services to our family & friends

Being a 1st time home buyer you can imagine the stress that went on. That was until I met Bav. Not only did he take the time to answer all my questions but he hooked me up with all kinds of bells and whistles for my place I got the home wired for sound, got a central vac and garage door openers. It's amazing that I can monitor my place from anywhere around the world All for a great price and installed. Thanks Bav your a life saver
