I am pleased with the service and particulary the prompt response that I get anytime there is a problem to be resolved. Customer service is good, particulary with Fara.

Delux alarms has the best service and very good customer service. when i called i talked to Amanda Powar, and was very helpful in answering all of my queries . I have been with this company for a long time and have been completely satisfied with their service, and will not go with another alarm company again.

Deluxe Alarms
My husband and I have had a great experience with Deluxe alarms since we moved into our house 2.5 years ago. We haven't had any issues and when working with their customer service rep, Sherisse, it was very easy to make changes to our billing and get information on new products that were available. The service offers great piece of mind and security - we will definitely continue this service for the foreseeable future.

Central Vacuum, Home Security and Audio cabling
We had multiple items installed by Deluxe Alarms for our new construction home. They did the central vacuum system, home security system and audio cabling for speakers. Their service has been professional and commendable from selecting their products/services, setting up appointments and during installation.
I worked with Amanda Powar who took care of my requests and coordinated the installation in a timely manner. They make efforts to understand the customer and are willing to work with you to get things right for your home. I certainly would recommend their services!

I called into Deluxe Alarms and spoke with Sherisse. She was extremely helpful and also gave me all of my options for my alarm. I would definitely recommend the service and quality Deluxe Alarms offers to my family & friends.!

Installation Alarm in new house
Very bad Customer service - huge time to wait for the installer.
We have brand new house and Deluxe Alarms are contractors of our builder to install alarm and plate and activate the internet lines inside the house.
I notified them a while before closing that we need to schedule the installation a day or so after the closing - they were able to do that only a few weeks after, and were not able to complete the installation (some technical issues).
The technician told us that he will organize re-visit, after couple of weeks of silence from them I send an e-mail - and no answer.
We now more than month after the closing and alarm still not activated.
When I tried to call Customer Support - I got a few times answer - we will just grab your file and call you back - never no one called back. Same happened at least 3 times.
E-mails are left without answers - just ignored.
It is very very annoying to get any answer.
We signed with them as per builder proposal for 3 years service - and I just afraid if we will need again their Service support again during that period - it will just again pain

Service
Alarm service did not worked in my basement,After calling service it was fixed with no time.
I have alarm services from Grand alarms installed in other two places and they all working 100 %
