My previous owner had very good more than 10 year experience with them and he suggested me this company. It’s been more than 8 years now I am with this company. I would like to continue with them.

Deluxe Alarms replaced my outdated alarm system with a smart alarm where i can monitor my home from my cell phone. The installer was very careful and took his time to setup. The installation was mor than 4+ and he complete his work without issues. The on going support and mainenance was great, staff was very professional and I would refer them to my family and friends

we were looking to cut down on our monthly cost. The gentleman on the phone was willing to cut down our monthly payment by $11. He did not hesitate at all to do this for us. He was so understanding of our situation. It is very comforting to know that our home is still being protected by Deluxe Alarms!! Thank you very much. CSDiano

Recently I contacted customer service as my phoneline was not operational. This was an issue with my Telco provider. The customer service agent explained the limitation of my current technology and recommended a no charge upgrade. The technician was at my home the following day and completed the job is less that two hours. Not only was he professional but he also explained how I could download a mobile app and start doing remote management of my site. This was done the very same day. This is excellent service and a clear demonstration of the added value of being a customer.

I have been a Deluxe Alarms customer for more than 5 years. Generally satisfied with the services provided. The monthly costs are reasonable. When I need to call the monitoring centre, they are always easy to get through to and very helpful. Recently I had to change my battery, and I was pleasantly surprised that the new battery is included with my plan. They have long working hours, which made it very easy to go to pickup my new battery even after a long work day. The employee at the Concord location was very helpful and answered all the questions I had for him. I will definitely recommend this alarm company.

recently had my alarm installed by deluxe and had a great experience / the tech was knowledgeable / installation was quick / missing a smart wire in the family room and called deluxe, they quickly setup an appointment to have the problem fix / good service
