861161 This company was recommended by a friend. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. The sales rep arrived on time, completed all the parerwork as soon as he understood I was committed to buy. Then the installers arrived on schedule and did an excellent job on their part. What really impressed me was how neatly they cleaned up once finished. That both installers were such nice guys was an added bonus. Also I inadvertently misplaced the draining hose on the unit within the first few days causing the unit to back up and flood ( my stupidity). They sent out a serviceman the next day which was a Sunday. Brilliant. I give this company ten out of ten.

3 yrs after initial installation of my central air conditioning I had a problem which was attended to professionally and quickly. Excellent customer Service. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Was looking for replacement of my old ductless AC unit. They were able to set up the estimation app right away. Tony was really professional and courteous. He gave me clear estimate on the new unit, unlike other company, he carefully evaluate the size of the house and recommended the right size unit and was able to set up the installation appointment promptly. Installation crew came on schedule and clean up the mess after the job completed. Happy with the new AC unit and will highly recommend anyone.

Invoice no.--861457.. I needed my ac unit replaced asap. So from home stars and google reviews, I found Forsavings Hvac Co. Starting from sales, to install to after sales process, I am really impressed with this company. Tony(sales manager) was very informative and knowledgeable. He gave us couple of options that fit to our budget and arranged next day install. Aneal and his asst. Brandon were really professional and knowledgeable installers. They did a great job installing and cleaning up later on. The office response after sales was really fast and accurate. I really recommend Forsavings Hvac for all your ac and furnace needs.

I got Lennox AC installed one my new house few years back and it was working fine. This year 2020 it started giving me problem as it stopped cooling. I called For Savings company and they sent that gas is leaked and need to fill more gas. I kept asking them that find the source of leakage and then fill up gas but they didnt listen and told me it will cost me around $700 to fill 10 pounds of gas. I told technician to weigh it so I could find out and found only 3-4 pounds were needed. Then he came down to $300. Anyhow he didn’t find source of leakage. After a month again stopped cooling and another guy came, same thing didn’t find source of leakage and just filled gas. Third time again stopped cooling guy came filled gas didn’t find source of gas. Now again it stopped cooling I called them and they told me they will change coil and it will cost me $200 in labour whereas they are still not sure if leakage is on coil. I agreed to pay $200. Today their tech came and at my door he said before starting his work to pay him first then only he would start. I asked him get your job done and I will pay you but he told me that company said get paid first and then start work. You can guess now how they treat their customers. Will never buy anything from this company and never Recommend to anyone about their services. UPDATE :- Company sent their technician again and fixed my AC and returned $200. Also gave me 1 year extended warranty

For Saving installed my new Carrier AC & coil on July 05, 2020, the job #863487. what happened on July 05 between 9-10 am, when Farid & his assistant arrived and parked the truck on my driveway to deliver the 2 boxes of equipment. I was very surprised to find out that they are Lennox not Carrier. The installation was delayed until they got the Carrier AC & coil delivered...Right after the job was done, the installer Farid gave me the AC model & serial # but not for the coil, and he signed on the invoice as paid by cheque.. then I gave him a cheque no. 62 for the amount of 3390. Before he left he dropped the AC cover on my front door and left in a hurry. Later I found out it is a Lennox AC cover, the wrong one, the size is too small for my Carrier unit.. on July 14, and 15, For Saving called to inform me that I have not paid for the install service. I was very surprised that the cheque has already been cashed by the recipient, the For Saving on July 09, 2020. I told them to reverify on their end. I have the image of the cheque as a proof of payment also transaction record from the bank...calls were ignored, I have called this company many times request to replace the AC cover and the coil model & serial #, and a copy of warranty certificate, some times by e-mail with no reply. AC cover exchanged very recently after I gave up calling them. THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONEST, NOT RELIABLE. Base on the following reasons, I would like to edit my review : * Warranty certificate received * AC cover already replaced * payment problem resolved * New AC working fine, most important * offer free first year AC maintenance.

The company came to install an air conditioner for us last month. And I had a very good experience. The sale rep was very helpful and professional. He visited my house first and went through various models, then introduced the model which suits our need. The installers did a very good job and cleaned up nicely. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend you For Saving Heating and Cooling.

We had Costco install a ductless A/C and heating unit installed in our home. The installation went as as scheduled and the installers were very professional and efficient. They explained the whole installation to us before hand. They made sure the A/C worked and explained how to use the remote to use the unit. They cleaned up the area and were very polite They install the unit in Apr just when the covid19 outbreak occurred and they were very respectful to the safe distancing.
