I was referred to the Sales Tony by a friend who said he is reliable and responsible, so I decided to have a try. He indeed is one of the best sales among all companies I quoted. He arrived on time, is knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions and concerns at the earliest convenience, introduced the most suitable furnace for my home and needs, and offered the best price including best labor warranty. Just as what he said, they may not offer the lowest price, but they do offer the BEST price.
The technician team arrived on time, nice and hardworking even outside when it was starting raining. Everything is neat and clean done. Just the surface of the new furnace has several scratches.. if it is more carefully treated that would be great.
The new furnace test shows it warms up the house much faster than my 12-yr old 80% efficiency one. And I even didn't notice that it started to work - much quieter than the old one. The air from registers feels warmer and more comfortable than the old one. So far everything seems perfect and I like the new furnace! Looking forward to having a warmer and more comfortable winter this year!
