I contacted Reliance Home comfort last month to get a quote on the installation of a tankless hot water system and to find out more about high efficiency furnaces. The next day, I was contacted by sales rep, Chris. We set up a time for an in home visit. Chris arrived on time and was willing to spend whatever time was needed to answer our many questions. He was very polite, personable and professional. At no time did we feel pressured into making our decisions. Over the next week or two, we contacted Chris on a couple of occasions to make sure that we were all on the same page, as far as pricing was concerned. In the end, Reliance sweetened the deal a little and we opted to enter the rental programme for both the furnace/ac and the tankless hot water system. In both cases, the installation took place within a day. The installation teams were both very polite and professional. They arrived on time, worked hard and explained the operation of the new equipment. All in all we were very pleased with the entire experience.
