Those verified private user reviews are always fun to respond to as I'm trying to figure out which project it was - I'm guessing a certain contractor, who's name starts with M, and the project install was in Toronto??:))) Hopefully, I guessed correctly, if I did not - shoot me an email or text and I'll re-write the response :) but regardless - whoever it it - it goes without saying that I appreciate the trust with the project - regardless whether we worked together before or it was a first one - every single project we get is an opportunity to prove that we are still at the top of the door game so Thank You for allowing us the chance!
Enjoy the new door!

check spelling Older Toronto and almost 2 full days to do 2 doors? Oh, I know exactly which one it is! Thank You for leaving a review, M!
They were not easy by any measure but so satisfying to pull off - I have probably 2+ dozen photos of the custom trimwork that we did around the front door on the interior side, probably one of the more intesting fine carpentry challenges of 2023, very tedious work (and Im definitely glad that nor EVERY project that I deal with is that complex) but these are the kind of projects that You are the most proud of when You flip through that finished project gallery - I'm yet to post it on my social properly - can;t wait to show it off:))

one more Thank You so much! Warranty on the door is 10 years & that includes the multipoint lock of cpourse, so by all means - I'm happy to come out and deal with it if any issue ever arises. It only affects a very small percentage of our doors even though at this point more than half of them get a multipoint lockset. Im very glas that I have the manufacturers that back their product so I can service my existing projects with minimum hassle for my clients.
Thank You for Your trust & don't hesitate to reach out if You ever have any questions or concerns!
