My parents were looking for a company to purchase and install a new entry door for their home. After seeing the finished result at my house, they decided to go with Lusso Glass. Andrew was very helpful during the entire process. He had many great ideas for a style to match their home and took time to listen to their questions and ideas. During the installation, Andrew was there to ensure everything went smoothly and cleaned up afterwards. My parents are very pleased with the finished product and quality of materials used.

I have double front doors. My husband and I designed and had installed stained glass inserts about 12 years ago. Somehow something hit one of the inserts and broke the outer safety glass. Fortunately the stained glass itself wasn't damaged. I phoned around to try and find someone to repair the broken insert as it is one of the pair that we had designed. Nobody said they could do the job, but were willing to sell me new inserts. I called Lusso Glass and Andrew said, since I was close by, he'd come and have a look. Although he doesn't work in stained glass, he said that he'd get my insert fixed for me. He was courteous and cleaned up all the mess of the broken glass that came out as the insert was taken out. There was a short delay with the manufacturer he used but he kept me informed of what was happening. I was very pleased with Andrew and his work. He was the only one who made an effort to help me out.

Andrew was introduced by a friend who just did the door insert. Although we have seen the result from our friend's house, we are still amazed by how wonderful it turned out on our own. Andrew is very professional and with great patience. The work was finished timely and the result can't be any better. It brought so much light into our foyer and we don't even need to turn on the light any more. Unexpected saving on electricity bill. I will definitely recommend Andrew to anyone who wish to have a lift up on their door.

Andrew was very knowledgable and professional to deal with, answered all of our questions. His attention to detail is impeccable as he goes above and beyond to ensure he is providing a quality product and service. We told him what we wanted and he delivered in a timely fashion. Also went above our expectations by painting door trim, putting in a peep hole, changing our door hinges, and installing our new door handle hardware.

Andrew provided a stunning pair of front doors, completely gutting the original framework to lower the door frame to allow for wheelchair accessibility. The work was flawless and simply looks amazing. He then repeated the effort with "French" doors in the rear to replace the too-narrow sliding door. After we had received the sharp-looking script address Andrew provided, we knew the door work would be of extremely high quality. As everything is 'custom made,' the delivery date was pretty much spot on and the changes required to fit the building's quirks were ingenious and effective. Kudos to his installers (Alex et al) as well for their professionalism and tidiness.

I could not be happier with the work that Andrew did for us. He did the door as well as the script address. He did all we wanted and even went beyond. My husband and I were very impressed by his accuracy, hard work, and his passion for his job. I highly recommend Andrew's work. His work was beyond our expectations and his prices are very reasonable.

Andrew is professional and detail oriented. He pays attention to the design and install as if it was his home. He's clean and a perfectionist. He worked with us to find a custom design that worked for us and he installed it himself and we are so pleased. You will not go wrong with Lusso and you won't pay more either -his pricing is right and more importantly his work is great. I wish he did basements!

After interviewing 3 companies to replace our broken front door, we chose Andrew/Lusso Glass for both doors. The price quote provided was more than competitive for the scope of the project. We selected a custom wrought iron full panel steel front door (painted) for the front door, and a full steel door for the back door which leads into the garage (for security). We also contracted Lusso to replace and match all locks on exterior doors. Given that Lusso Glass is a newer company my wife and I were a little apprehensive, and slightly nervous at first. Those concerns however quickly evaporated. Andrew/Lusso was the first company/person to actually listen to what we wanted. The other companies/representatives tried to tell us what we wanted and rush us through the selection process. With Andrew there was no rush. I think he could happily talk about doors for an entire day and answer all questions with no problem! Andrew had a great selection with some truly unique products, which made us satisfied, and comfortable selecting him as our vendor. Soon after the sale the installer came to measure. I found him to not only be very friendly and professional, but also punctual and well organized. My wife and I felt like we had good contact and communication post sale. One of the products that Andrew offers is a custom wrought iron door, which we had selected. My wife is an artist, so the plan was for her to design something. Plans don't always work out however, and we just didn't have the time to handle this task as well with a little one on the way, and other renovations to do. We switched gears on Andrew and requested another design we really liked. There was no issue switching the request - Andrew accommodated us smoothly. On the day of the install - I found the installers to be top notch. They took on additional tasks like running the alarm connectors to a better spot etc - they OWNED the process. I didn't feel like i needed to manage them like other contractors. The quality was OUTSTANDING! That's not to say there wasn't a problem - one of the ways to determine a good vendor is not when things go perfect - but rather when there are issues. Due to manufacturing delay - our insert wasn't available on the day of install as it was supposed to be. Andrew didn't miss a beat. He found a temp insert for us and had it put in as a placeholder, before we even knew there was a problem to be solved. He apologized and let us know how and when it would be handled. Again - no need for me to manage or get involved. The next day Andrew turned up as promised with the proper insert and happily swapped it our for us. Again - no chasing, no phone calls, no management needed on my part - it was handled by Lusso Glass without a problem. That's what I call customer service and professionalism. If anyone is still reading - let me recap: -high quality product -exceptional installation - very good quality job by the installers -excellent customer service and management -very competitive price If you can't tell - my wife and I are thrilled at the work Andrew and the Lusso folks did for us. I would hire them again in a second. If only other contractors/renovation jobs we have had done were that smooth!!
