    Excellent workmanship and professionalism

    Khody and his team were fantastic. We are extremely pleased with our new hardwood flooring that Khody installed throughout our home. We especially love our new hardwood staircase. I would highly recommended having HLE Flooring because they work with precision and care. Khody was in constant communication with me and kept me up to date with progress being made while I was away. I completely trust Khody and will have him do any flooring projects that I may have in the future.

    Great touches and detailed finish

    Khody helped us update our flooring in our new home. He replaced the existing carpet, redid the stairs and restained the existing hardwood floor to match the new flooring. It is easy to communicate with him as he is always reachable via SMS / phone. His team worked long hours every day and even returned on weekends and late nights to ensure the job is done on time. He gave us great advice on how to schedule our other contractors as to ensure that the job is done the best that it could be. We love our new floors and will recommend the team for our friends and family, as well as our future basement job.

    Second time with HLE - Excellent work once again!

    When the time came to install flooring and baseboard in the Family room, Khody and his team was the first name that came to mind. This is the second time I worked with Khody, the first being several years ago in our basement. He did an amazing job there so it was an easy decision to work with him again. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, quality was outstanding, No hesitation in recommending Khody and the team.

    Refinished hardwood floors

    HLE did a fantastic job in refinishing all the hardwood floors in my 1950's bungalow. Khody was great to work with. He provided good advice about the stains and finishes and was always in communication regarding scheduling of the work and any concerns. They refinished the living/dining room, two bedrooms and hallway and repaired the floors where needed. The cost was as per the estimate provided. Would definitely use them again!

    Main Floor

    Floor and Stairs Refinishing

    This is the 2nd time we had the pleasure of dealing with Khody and his team. There's a reason why we picked and came back to him again for this 2nd project, it is because we trust him and we know the quality of work that he delivers. The 1st project he did for us was ripping the carpet on our entire 2nd floor and replacing it with Vintage engineered hardwood flooring. The 2nd project was a bigger one, which involves refinishing the 1st floor hardwood (from natural red oak color to a nice grey tone), as well as refinishing the stairs and upstairs hallway. I was a bit worried that it would be difficult to achieve the stain color that we wanted on the hardwood but in the end, he was able to deliver and achieve the look I was going for. He worked and finished on schedule, with amazing workmanship and attention to detail. We are very happy and satisfied clients. I highly recommend him and will for sure go back to him for any of my future flooring/stair refinishing needs.

    A great experience and an excellent flooring company.

    I needed two rooms to have new flooring laid to match two other rooms and the hallway. So the entire main floor had to be sanded and buffed and stained and two rooms needed wood laid. The work was performed perfectly - the match is great the floors look great and the work is excellent. Khody the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating and easy to work with. He spotted flaws in the tile I bought and delayed while I replaced them - thankfully he saw the problems before they were affixed to the floor. I HIGHLY recommend this company. An excellent experience and very reliable and good communications. Can't ask for more than I got.

    It's all in the detail!

    We were very fortunate in that we made the right choice in hiring Khody of HLE Flooring to remove our existing floor through the main floor of the house, install engineered hardwood, and refinish our stairs to match our new floor colour. From beginning to end, Khody was always very professional, polite, and dedicated to his craft. We were most impressed by his attention to detail with each and every plank, and the finishing touches were better than we could imagine! Replacing one's floor is a huge undertaking, and choosing the right flooring company can be daunting, but rest assured that HLE Flooring will meet all your expectations.

    Townhouse Wood Flooring

    Khody was awesome to work with — great communicator (quick and comprehensive replies), the job was done quickly, and the floors look great. We'll definitely use him again on future projects.

    Above and beyond expectations

    Khodi was recommended to us by my sister in law who had recently had work completed by Khodi and his team . Their family was overly impressed with his workmanship and professionalism and when it came time for our hardwood installation Khodi did not dissapoint. We had a few setbacks with the flooring we had selected and thought that we would have to scrap our project until after the New Year . I couldn’t bear the thought of having my floors ripped up during the holiday season and Khodi being the consummate professional evaluated the situation and came up with an economical solution that left us thoroughly impressed . Khodi worked long days to ensure that we would be able to entertain and we could not be happier with the outcome . Thank you HLE flooring !
