    home security

    The company provides very good home security; very good customer service; very good followup calls and the rate of pay is very reasonable for the coverage for our home. We are very satisfied with everything; thank you.

    Excellent Service

    Very good price and reliable service. Customer service was beyond the expectations. Company does perform the equipment testing very frequently. The insurance certificate my insurance provider ask for, was issued within a few hours.

    Excellent service from beginning to end!

    This experience has been amazing! The service that was described to me when we first spoke to the sales agent was on point! Everything was correct and the installation was perfect, the alarm installer went above and beyond to make sure that the lock system was put in right.......couldn't be any happier, I would recommend Grand Alarm system to literally and anybody because what they offer and tell you over the phone is exactly what you are getting!!! Money well spent!!!!

    Alarm system

    Grand Alarm is one of the best alarm system, they are very efficient when I have false alarm, the company called right away to ensure everything is okay and I usually dealt with Amanda for service inquiry and she provided great solution also she’s courteous and knowledgeable She has provide best customer service, definitely she’s an asset to the company!

    Residence Alarm Services Contract, Milton, ON

    I have been with Grand Alarms since 2003. I have renewed my contract several times. I share any concerns openly, and they generally facilitate all of my requests. The staff is very accommodating and cordial.

    Security System

    The service I received from Grand Alarms has been excellent so far. The sales person knew his products well and was able to recommend what would be best for my home. The installation went smoothly and the system was explained to me. I am happy with the range of security products offered and the professionalism of everyone.I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

    Totally satisfied employee was gracious and very helpful, sales force was very knowledgeable, when it came to the products, central vacuum technician was very pleasant, overall very satisfied and knowing we r secured

    Security alarm monitoring service

    I have been a cutomer of Grand Alarms since 2011. I paid $24.99 a month for the monitoring service. The service was great and there was no problems so far. A friend of mine is getting service from a different provider and pay $15 a month. I called Grand Alarms to inquire about the cancellation policy. Melinder took my call and answered all my questions patiently. She gave me several options including an upgrade offer for the same monthly fee. In order to save money, I decided to take the plan that costs $15 a month with no warranty no contract but I am still getting 24 hrs monitoring service with this company I trust. I am also very satisfied with the cutomer service of Melinda.

    Our key pad shows a yellow triangle and do not recognise if there is a problem.;

    Called an left a message and later followed up and spoke to Melina. I called again and finally was able to speak to a customer service agent who advised me that it was not his dept and he will transfer me. I explained that I called previously and he took the time to expalain a procedure to disarm the key pad but IU would have to call back to re- activate. I called later and was fortunate to speak to Melinda and she was very hepful and resolved the concern. I recall speaking to her 2 yrs ago and again she resolved my concern. Thanks very much Melinda !!!
