WE have been with grand alarm since 2005. They have always provided excellent service. This is important to me because my son was with another company and he had nothing but greif. When it was time for us to renew Melinda Luckasavitch was very effecient in answering all my questions and got back to me promptly with the contract and set up a date for a full system check.

This is my first alarm system. Krystle not only gave me very detailed information, but also answered all of my questions before I even asked! Would recommend Grand Alarms to my friends and family!

Daniel was very polite when he came to change our alarm battery. He made sure i was satisfied and knew everything about the alarm. Also adviced me to call if there is any problems, in stead of trying to figure it out my self.

This is the first time I deal with Grand Alarms. Their customer service is excellent. I deal with Amanda for setting up installation appointment and she offers top notch service. She is quick to answer any questions I have and offer recommendation that is helpful to the home owner. She also call me just before the installation appointment and make sure my needs are addressed. Overall, very nice experience.

The service is good. I contacted Silvana Russo at Grand Alarms. She is a great sale person with good knowledge about the product. Also, she gave me a good deal for my home security system renewal.

We just had our new home built in Richmond Hill, and Grand Alarms is the vendor who is responsible for the wiring. We decided to go with Grand Alarms for the alarm system too, and I was impressed by their staff in customer care. Victoria was very helpful in our meeting, as I have lots of questions and also I had planned much in network wiring, and she tried her best to cater to my needs, when she was not sure about the technical details, she goes to the technicians to get the answers. Amanda did a great job following up with us, called us several times before our house is closed to make sure we have an appointment for the actuall installation in a timely manner. I'd like to say thank you to the folks at Grand Alarms and I hope the technicians responsible for the installation will live up to my expectations too!

I called Grand Alarms to advise them of my upcoming move...I was told that Christel would call me back as soon as she was off the phone and you know what that means usually, the call either never happens or it happens a day or two later. Well, not in this case...Christel called me back in a matter of 15 minutes. Not only did she follow through on what was committed to, her phone manner was exceptional. She was truly a pleasure to deal with on the phone and was able to provide me with information that I was not aware of! Amazing is all I could say!!! Great company to deal with - I've been a client for 5 years and I've had no complaints!
