I am with grand alarm over 10 years now, I am very satisfied with the service, I have been approached by other alarm companies who offered other promotions but I am staying with this company. The staff are always polite, helpful and very professional especially Melinda. I called for a alarm certificate and with 5 minutes I was able to send it off to my insurance company, thank you very much Melinda and thank you Grand Alarm for your protective services.

Good service at affordable price. Easy installation without many drills on the wall and wires neeeded. In the event of false alarm very quick response by the contact center agent.

When I called Grand Alarm to renew my alarm monitoring the customer service worker Rajveer was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and explained about the new different products, sent some pictures about that. Allow us to decide some time, after they arranged the technician to install the product, the new product is also very good with a reasonable price. We are very happy about the service & product.

Wanted to change the alarm code earlier today so that's why I called grand alarm today. The lady on the phone was very patient and helpful. The installer is very friendly and knowledgeable, plus he bring his personal slipper to get int your house. his job is neat and precise. i hope other company fixing my house will have the same employee like him. also the lady at customer service department is very helpful and polite.

My central vacuum power head became inefficient lately and had a weird noise, I called Grand Alarm customer service, my call was picked up by a representative within a minute, she was clear and polite, told me to bring it to their office, technician will look at it and fix it. Surprisingly they are open on saturdays, which is very convenient for us. We brought it over, the technician replaced the belt inside and explained the issue to us. Both receptionist & technician were very helpful & courteous, we felt welcomed. Very satisfied with the service overall.
