I have my home security alarm system from Grand Alarms. Their device is excellent. The customer service is excellent. I am their client for 7 years and the rate for being an old customer is great. They send us updates of their new products and our system works well. The staff are alert and friendly when they call to check that all is well. The staff are informative.

Grand alarm I have had the service for over 17 years. I feel my home is safe when I am away from home If an accidental trigger happens the company calls and I always feel great to know they care

Yesterday evening an intruder was scoping the perimeter of my home and as a senior woman who happened to be alone at the time, the experience was terrifying. This morning, I called Grand Alarms to have a representative walk me through a password change on our system. I was treated expertly, courteously, and very patiently by Melinda, whose calm, solicitous manner put me at ease instantaneously. Grand Alarms’ product and customer service are stellar.

I called grand alarms to get my service disconnected, because of telephone switch from bell to rogers as the alarm system is tied to the telephone.The service was disconnected in LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. The rogers Technician did the switch. After I called Grand Alarms to have the system restored. The Grand Alarms representative communicated with me in a very nice way as they restored the system and directed me with instructions to test the system, which i did. They indicated my phone may cut off during the test, so i gave them my cell number to contact me. the contacted me after on my cell and indicated that the alarm did go off on their system and everything is ok. The service and test was well executed and the service was excellent . Thank you kesh.

We have been using Grand Alarms for over 10 years now. They response immediately whenever an alarm in triggered even by accident. The customer service has been available and courteous whenever we call them.
