I have this security system for the past 18 yrs. I move them along with me. So this is the second home that I have this system. Both my kids and I feel secured having this system. Service department is excellent and so is the office team. They upgrade the system too as required. My whole family uses them.

My alarm was beeping for an hour or two when I received a call from grand alarms. It was a dead battery. Now my battery is on its way, with some extras, lawn sign, door stickers and another manual. Very satisfied with the prompt and courteous service.

From the get go this company is excellent, I met with the sales staff and she was excellent in helping me with my needs. The instillation went well and the tech take time to go over how the system work . I would definitely recommend this company.
