5 years ago I spent an extended time outside of country. Unaware of my absence, my neighbor called the police concerned about my well-being. The police broke in to the house which set the alarm off. The house phone was called, allowing the police to confirm there was no real break-in, and my secondary contact was reached to come by and ensure nothing was amiss. Even though there wasn't a real break-in, the security system and subsequent process worked as it should.

We are pleased with the service that Grand Alarms has provided us. When we are not at home we have the comfort of knowing that someone is watching out for us. We have been loyal customers for 15 years and have evolved with the company as we now have video monitoring as well as our in home alarm. We will continue to use Grand Alarms moving forward.

The tech that visited my house today was polite and knowledgable. He installed the new upgraded key pad and took the time to show me how it worked. He also showed me a few short cuts to help save time.

I have been with grand alarms for over 7 years now I am have no complains. Great customer service and answer any question I have and at any time. I would recommend grand alarms to any of my family and friends.

I recently had some windows replaced. Grands Alarms was very quick to respond and reconnect the windows and patio door. They installed a wifi system so the the new windows did not have to have nay holes made in the frames etc for the System. They also upgraded the control panel. Thanks Paul

My new home was set up with Grand Alarm. When we accidentally triggered the alarm on occasion we were notified immediately and dealt with efficiently. When I lost my wallet my lost id card is being replaced promptly. The telephone operators are cordial and user friendly.

We moved into our new home and needed help with cameras and security system. I spoke with Amy, she held my hand and had a service tech come right out and set us up. Called back in to set up the App for monitoring and once again very supportive customer service . Highly recommend this company.
