I have been extremely pleased with my interaction with Grand Alarms. During construction of our home we welcomed the ease of signing up for their service and after moving into our home we have found them to be very professional and quick to respond. I certainly would use their service again if I have another venture that requires a dependable security outfit.

The Cost was waived as we renewed our alarm package $33.90 per month 3 years plan The customer service representative is very polite and patient in explaining the benefits to change our plan, as our old plan had last for fourteen years. Especially, I am no good at English.

The technician arrived on time and he did his job in a professional way. He gave me some information about how the alarm system is going. He advised me to join GSM, and I did it.

I called Grand Alarms with a question about my alarm keypad and I was assisted immediately. In the process of the conversation, I also expressed my concern about one of my alarm sensors that didn't seem to be responding immediately. The customer service representative set up a time and date that was convenient for me to have a service man come and look at it at no charge. I have been using Grand alarms for close to 20 years. Both at my old place and also at my current residence. Monthly fee is reasonable, they are very responsive to issues or when the alarm goes off I get called right away to confirm if it's a false alarm or not

We had this vacuum installed by the builder and it was acting up still being under warranty. I called grand alarm, and took it to their concord office. The girls at the front desk are super nice and very helpful and got the motor changed. The same unit is acting up again and this time, they’re sending the technician home to look after this....thank you for all your help, Grand Alarm Rajesh
