Promplty answer calls and monitoring system calls immediately when alarm is triggered. Excellent customer service. Monthly fee for home alarm system is very reasonable compared to other alarm systems. The doorbell camera works well and alerts when there’s motion at the door.

Grand alarms was recommended by builder and I had the house pre-wired for home alarm install. Installer was on time, clean install and system works good. Monthly payments are competitive.
