I have been using the service from Grand Alarms for more than two years and Call Center & Servicing staff are friendly, helpful. I would recommend them for their services.

I bought an old home with an existing alarm system, which didn't work. Grand Alarms came in and was able to make everything work and even suggested other options that were cheaper for me. I have been with them for 5 years.... When ever I needed then they came right away. I recommend Grand Alarms to everyone.

I had a new alarm installed with camera door bell. the installer took time to show me how to use it and then the customer service person helped me on the phone set up my app. very helpful and very satisfied

The appointment time wasn't kept as schedulled on the phone but changed by the tecnhitian by just calling me much much much early then the appointment time, since I couldn't be there when he called he had to push the appointmnet to later, which was very inconvinient

I had an issue as my alarm was set off due to a technical error. Grand Alarms contacted me as the alarm was set off. I was extremely satisfied & pleased with the way the customer service rep Melinda assisted me with step by step instructions on how to resolve the issue without having a tech come over. She was very friendly & customer oriented & I appreciate her assistance in the matter.
