Made a mistake one time by opening door without dis-arming the alarm and got call responce/check immediately. We've been with Grand Alarms for over 15 years now, since our previous house in Markham.......Excellent service.

We have been with Grand Alarms for quire some time have not had any complaints. Any issues we have had have been resolved in a prompt and quick manner. The customer service is top notch. I can sleep better at night knowing our house is in safe hands with Grand Alarms. Keep up the great work.

I got my alarm system installed May 2013 never had any issues, very pleased, i had a box put in recently because I got rid of my home phone, the service I received was amazing, friendly polite. I have had no issue with my system. I would definitely Recommend Grand Aarms

Grand Alarm provides excellent services both for security systems and also Central Vacuum systems. I am so satisfied with them so that I have already transferred my previous residence contract to my newly built residence and when I asked them to do that even after quiet long period of gap between existing one and the next service , the transfer took place seamlessly without any hassle. When we were choosing an alarm company for our new home, we were so satisfied with the service over the past 12 years, that we didn't hesitate to choose Grand Alarms for our new homes. Grand Alarms service has been fabulous and installation in both homes was seamless, they worked with our builder and were very accommodating. We have recommended friends and family to Grand Alarms. We are very pleased with service and responsiveness of this company.

I love my Grand Alarm. It makes me feel safe when I am in my home and when I leave for any length of time. I am in my first year of my contract and I can already tell that I will have a alarm system for the rest of my life in any home, condominium or apartment. I don't know why I did have the alarm in the past because I am at such ease now with the knowledge of the extra security. I have always valued my sleep and comfort and now sleep even better.

I am very satisfied with Grand Alarms, they were very helpful with switching from a line service to a wireless service. I received detailed info sheets and my rep was very helpful when I had questions. The transition was quick and easy from start to finish. :An alarm for the protection of my home and the people I love was and is very important to me. I decided to reach out to grand alarms (after doing a bit of research) to have them come and install a system for my home. Leo (our sales rep) provided my home with exactly what I was looking for. Bonus - we received 6 free months of monitoring! We always suggest grand alarms to our friends and family. I have been with them for quite some time now and the customer service remains at the same level as it was when I first signed with them. I don't feel like they put their existing customers on a back burner and only give "new" and "potential" customers the royalty treatment. It is always a pleasure speaking with the representatives. I am satisfied with Grand Alarms. Service has been great. Calls are always answered promptly and any work that may be done is quickly done. Text messaging alerts work most of the time.

Competitive solutions at reasonable price points and extremely easy and efficient to deal with! Recently implemented the home camera solution with remote access capability which we are very pleased with.
