I signed an agreement for my new home's alarm system with Grand Alarms Ltd. in May 2013. The representative, Mary, introduced its useful functions and made me recognise that its price is not so much comparing its quality and service. I believe that this alarm system can peace my mind in my future life. I will recommend this company to my friends.

I have been very happy with Grand Alarms over the past 7 years. They are very timely with their call backs whenever my home alarm was accidentally set off. Their service technician was also very thorough when we first had our system installed. Pricing is reasonable and I would highly recommend Grand Alarms to any new homeowners. Fara was the customer service representative who told me about new upgrades I can put on my system and she was very helpful. Thanks

Grand Alarms was really accommodating when it came time to sign a contract. It was supposed to be satisfaction guaranteed. But when I wasn't satisfied with the service, the owner of the company gave me an argument then stopped returning my calls. And the money kept flowing out of my bank account. Their installers placed a motion detector in a way that wouldn't detect motion where somebody would break in. Their monitoring station claimed they couldn't make out the zone of an alarm, and the company neglected to tell me that their calls to the police would would be considered "unverified" alarms; translation: the police don't immediately show up. This company should have been more upfront and professional with me.

I shopped around for home alarm services and after calling various companies, I found Grand Alarms to be the most transparent in regards to the fine prints in the contract, pricing details and contract terms. In addition the sales representative mr.bav patel was very honest and professional in sharing all the details. I recommend this company.

I have been with Grand Alarm since I bought my first home for more than 10 years. Fara Fathy a Sales Representative is very helpful and understanding our needs and she was very quick in replying. The Service and Quality is excellent. I did shopped around however no one was able to match Grand Alarm in terms of quality of the service and price. I will strongly recommend them to my friends and relatives. The installation was very quick and the person who was installing was very helpful too.

The installation of the system was clean and quick using state of the art equipment. The technician was helpful in showing us how to use all the great features of the system. Their customer service department is also amazing especially Liz. She has helped me with all my questions and has always returned my calls with lightning speed. Liz is a true expert in her field. It's nice to deal with a Canadian company with their own in-house local customer service staff.
