    security alarm

    Alarm Monitoring

    The service advisor, Fara, from Grand Alarm really helped me with the renewal process. Great customer service and advise from Fara. I will continue the monitoring service with Grand Alarm.

    GRAND ALARMS

    I am a Client of Grand Alarm for about 2 years. It is being a pleasure to deal with this company, where customer satisfaction is their first priority. I would recommend Grand Alarms to anyone without reservations.

    alarm system

    It is good for secure my house while i am on vocation. It's also good for protect children when they stay at home alone. It is easy to use. recommend an iphone remote control available next time.

    Home Security

    I have been a long time customer with Grand Alarms and Melinda in the Customer Care was helpful handling my account inquiry today about a VoIP installation. I am satisfied with the service and would recommend calling Melinda for customer service.

    Alarm rough-in, installation; Cable rough-in; central vac & garage door openers

    We used Grand Alarms for rough-in and installation of alarm and central vac in our newly built home. We also got garage door openers and cable rough-ins before the house was built. Overall I am happy with the service. The central vac was roughed in and and installed without issue, as was the garage door opener. The alarm rough-in was done as per specs, the technician that completed the installation did a good job and was very nice and professional, however it did take him twice as long as I expected (2 days) to complete the installation so it would have been helpful if 2 technicians were sent as they knew the size of job to be completed. The house was also pre-wired for tv/tel/smart wire. We did have issues with completing the activation of the jacks (however the issues were not caused by Grand Alarms). The sales rep in the office (Liz Aversa) was exceptional in trying to resolve my issues; however, i was not so pleased with the 2 technicians that were sent to address the issues. They were not able to fix the issues as per what was requested and confirmed could be completed in advance by the service dept; in addition they were not very professional. Specifically though, I must thank Liz for taking my endless phone calls working hard to understand the technical aspects so that she could address my issue. She is terrific. All the office/sales reps (Liz, Angela and Amandeep) were all excellet. I am satisfied with Grand Alarms for all areas but the cabling activation.

    Alarm system, central vac, garage door openers

    Company was pro-active contacting us to book appt. They discussed what they offered and made suggestions to help "spruce" up our new home. Great service walking you through the process. They took te time to accomodate our needs and didn't mind when our appt ran over into time. They followed up to confirm appt date and explained the next steps.

    Home Alarm

    I shopped around for home alarm services and after calling various companies, I found Grand Alarms to be the most transparent in regards to the fine prints in the contract, pricing details and contract terms. In addition, the Installation Technician was very friendly and professional. I recommend this company.

    Alarm

    Recently I spoke to Melinda Luck regarding my alarm system renewal. I was very pleased with the service I received from her and the best thing is that she cared and understood our concerns rather then just trying to sell me a product.
