I referred a friend after 1 year of use of the service with Grand Alarm. Fara explained very clearly the differences of the systems and products between mine and my friend's. She returned phoe calls promptly, and even offered better deal to my friend. I felt I did the right thing to refer Grand Alarms.

Our contract with Grand Alarms (GA) was soon to expire and it was time to review our options again - within and outside GA. As we did so, Fara presented to us the best options GA could offer. There are much lesser priced packages out there but we have decided to continue with GA because of the excellent customer service and product they have given and continue to do so. Many thanks to Fara who helped us made this choice.

Grand Alarms (Built in Technologies) installed an alarm system, camera system, speaker system and central vacuum in my house. Each was done to perfection and have been working wonderfully ever since. Any time I have an issue with anything or to just ask a question, Grand Alarms meets my needs. Would recommend them to anyone.

After shopping around we decided to go with Grand Alarms for our new house. They offer the most comprehensive monitoring and security systems out there and so far our experience has been fantastic. We booked an appointment at their show room, which is very big and welcoming, they offered us drinks, the coordinator there was very friendly, and made us feel relaxed. They took the time to explain how everything works and even after we signed they still took care of everything. So far they have delivered and we would definitely recommend them to our friends.

We have been with Grand Alarms Ltd. for many years. Feel protected, service is perfect, people are great, cost is very reasonable. We decided to continue with them in our new home. System installation has always been on time, no quality issues, response is very fast. I have been with Grand Alarm system home monitoring service for well over 2 Years and have been having some technical issues for well over 3 months but with the help of Good Service Representative like FARA, My issues were resolve and i still enjoy the comfort of Good home secured security from Grand Alarms. Keep up the good work 'Fara' and Thank you ! Grand Alarms.

We've been with Grand Alarms for about 10 years and have been very happy with their service. Recently, our backup battery was no longer working and Fara quickly set up an appointment to have a technician come to house to replace it at a time convenient for us. On the day the technician was to come, he called in the morning and said he could come early which was great because we would have the rest of the day free. Overall, Grand Alarms has been great. Competitors are constantly sending us brochures but we are happy with Grand Alarms and wish to keep them as our home alarm service.

Fara was very helpful and efficient. I have to say it was an outstanding service. We have been a Grand Alarms client for about two years and very happy with the service.

Excellent Customer Service. I have been with Grand Alarms for over 5 years and never had any issues. Today I spoke to a representative named Fara, she was very polite and helpful and provided answers to all of my questions. Great service overall.
