Please accept this review as a "Thank You" for the efficient service received on the installation of my alarm system. With a large house of 16 zones, the service was handled promptly. I'd like to thank Amanda Powar for her efficient and excellent knowledge in the product and satisfying any questions or concerns I had. Making the appointment and arranging the installation was convenient. I will definitely recommend Grand Alarms to others.

My situation is somewhat unorthodox. I work in Alberta and my house is in Brampton. Having said that my rep, Amanda Powar was very efficient in corresponding to me the necessary procedures required to make sure the installation was to my satisfaction. She was very knowledgeable in all the products her company was marketing which in turn allowed me to make an informed decision while saving at the same time. I will most definitely recommend Grand Alarms to anyone looking for a hassle free involvement.

I have been a Grand Alarms customer for the past 12 years. Their service is fast, reliable, and friendly. My experience in working with Melinda in the Customer Care department has been been exceptional in addressing all my concerns.

Have had Grand Alarms as a provider for my home security for 3 years. I have never had an issue with their system. Anytime I accidentally trip the system they are very quick to respond, even though a false alarm it is nice to know they are on the ball. If I have a question for them their customer service representatives including Fara have been great.

We have been a customer of Grand Alarms, since last five years. Amanda Power (in Customer Services) helped us on Friday, Aug. 2, of this year, when we call to renew our contract with them. She was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable person about her job. Amanda Power is very polite and friendly. She also helped us to decided the type of service package would suit our need. Because of the care we got at the customer service center, we will strongly recommend to anyone who is searching for the home security alarm system. just In case, if alarm goes on, we get a phone call with in minutes from their service department to see if everything is ok . . Once again we will recommend to anyone who is looking for a home security system. Grand Alarms is a very caring company.

I met with Romina for my appointment and was amazed at the professionalism exhibited. Romina assisted with ample information in order for me to make informed decisions about the wiring and surveillance for my new home. I would definitely recommend Grand Alarms.

Farah was very helpful and gave great customer service, any questions I had she answered them promptly. The Tech that came out to our home was very helpful and pleasant, he showed us exactly how to use all equipment.
