The Technician that came out was amazing. However, I don't understand how an alarm company doesn't have 24 customer service?? Due to the lack of availability I can't wait for my contract to come to an end so I can move to a company that provides 24 hour customer service.

Steven was the technician who came out and was infinitely patient with the install and ensuring we were knew how to use the cameras and the easy to use phone app. Anytime I've had any questions or concerns Bav would quickly respond by email or phone. My family and I are very pleased and strongly recommend this company.

Grand Alarms has installed the alarm system in my home. The sales specialist that I have been working with has been extremely helpful since my first appointment with her last year. What I appreciate most is the quick responses to each of my inquiries, and willingness to help me organize the AV options in my home. Organizing installation with the department was also easy and operators were friendly and provided much assistance. Overall this was one of my most positive experience with the building process this year, and I recommend this company.

I just moved to my new home and it came with an alarm monitoring system from Grand Alarms. My work schedule is crazy but they were very courteous and worked around my schedule. The technician who came over to reset the alarm was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. I had some concerns with my bill and when I contacted Customer Service, Fara very patiently went through my account and explained all the details. She was very professional and helped put to rest all my concerns in regards to my bill. Thank you Fara.

My house came with an alarm from Grand Alarms, and we have been with them ever since. Recently, our trouble light came on, and I called them, and received very courteous and patient service from their rep Amanda Powar. The next day, a new battery was dropped off at my home, and my alarm system is back to normal. Yes, battery replacement is a regular issue with alarm systems, but I was still very impressed by the way I was dealt with by Amanda and Grand Alarms. I wish all suppliers were as nice!
