The sales and service staff are very helpful and easy to deal with. In particular, Fara was great to deal with - she offered reasonable and fair solutions to issues I faced on the installation side of things This is my second home with Grand and I continue to be pleased with their service.

My fiancée and I recently attended our pre-wiring meeting/technology setup/alarm setup with Ms. Mary Spadafina and it was wonderful experience. Mary was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable throughout our entire meeting. She explained all the different components of the meeting in a detailed, concise and logical order. As a first time home buyer, this is very important because we do not have any prior experience and do not know what to expect from such a meeting. She explained to us all the different services and technology their company had to offer but did not pressure us into getting what we didn't want. She worked within our needs and budget and helped us to prioritize what was important and necessary to us. It was a pleasure to work with Ms. Spadafina and Grand Alarms. William

My daughter and son-in-law recently purchased from and installed their alarm system by Grand Alarms Ltd. They were very happy and highly recommended them. I decided to give them a try. I had my alarm system installed recently. Although initially there had been challenges, the installer worked it out to meet my needs. I was very happy with the service provided by Grand Alarms and Fara Fathy and her team. I highly recommend them.

It's been an amazing experience we had with the Grand alarm system agent when we had an appointment last Monday (June 17th), in the person of Ms. Mary Spadafina. She explained everything about the advantages of having an efficient and appropriate alarm system and garage door opener, with a good package as well.
