I bought a new house in Stouffville and have three services from Grand alarm: the alarm system, center vacuum system and garage door opener. So far the alarm system and garage door opener are done and working very good. The technician arrived on time and they worked very professional. For me it is big job but for them it is so easy. Maybe the builder forgets to make a vacuum outlet in basement. The technician did not hesitate to do it and it is so much work such as drill a hole from garage to basement and layout the pipe and fixes the outlet. Liz called me a few times for the appointment of installation the alarm system. I was so busy and she is so understandable and tried her best to set the time convenient to me. From all these experience I feel the Grand Alarm is reliable company and I am looking forward to my alarm system installation on May 31 Thank you very much

Liz was patient and flexible and worked around my timelines- the phone was always attended promptly and the quality of the work and the price given was more than satisfactory.
