I've had Grand Alarm service for 3 years. They came in and set-up my complete alarm service (new panels/contacts) and were able to use many of my older Alarm's contacts. I love the alarm.com feature where I can control (arm, disarm, see activity) via my phone. The service is what you would expect. Reliable. No issues at all. I would recommend Grand Alarms.

Grand Alarms responded promptly to my inquiries about the system installed and sent a tech out quickly to reset my alarm and provide me with a doorbell camera. The monthly service fee is a fraction of what I was being charged by a previous alarm company.

Call centre staff are always courteous and helpful and I always receive a call when I accidentally trip the alarm. Have had the service for 3 years and no complaints. All original equipment working fine.
