I have been with Grand Alarms for over 10 years. their service is great, they are reliable, and always very helpful. I called to get some monitoring help (changes) and Fara, customer service, was very patient, informative, and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and set me up with a technician right away.

I recently moved into Stouffville and was advised to contact Grant Alarms. I spoke with Amanda Powar, who is friendly to talk to. She was very informative and patient throughout the whole process. She promptly setup an installation appointment and everything was taken care of in a professional manner. Thank you Amanda and Grant Alarms!

I chose Grand Alarms because they had been recommended to me by a number of friends. I found the service exceptionally helpful. I dealt with Fara, who answered all my questions completely and in detail. In fact, she answered some of these questions multiple times at my request, patiently and to my complete satisfaction. She also arranged for a technician to come and show me the functioning of the alarm at no cost to me. He also tested the alarm to ensure it was working properly. For a small charge, I now feel safe and sure that the security of my home is ensured. I have no hesitation in recommending Grand Alarms to anybody.

Amandeep Powar has been very helpful with us during this process. She would always reply us on the same business day and would never leave our questions unanswered. The technician that came to set up our alarm was also very kind and detail oriented. We are very impressed with Grand Alarms' service and will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family.

Once we decided on a product we liked, she quickly had an installation appointment set up with Stephen. Stephen's work was efficient and tidy. My wife and I met with Mary soon after we purchased our home and we could not be more pleased with the service she provided. She was friendly, hospitable and immediately likeable. My experience with Built In Technology was great. I feel safe with knowing my home is secured with a high end alarm system. This is definitely an organization that I would recommend to friends and family for the simple reason that their staff was knowledgeable and provided me with appropriate advice and insight. The sales representative Mary was very helpful in explaining and helping to make the decision. They did not push products on me that did not make sense for our situation and were clear in their explanations.

I do really appreciate Mary for providing me with the required information that I needed to know about the product and her kind professionalism. She is really patient and formative.

I was very happy with the courteous help I received by Amanda Powar. She helped solve the problem with patience and sent me a digital copy of the Grand manual promptly. More importantly being notified by Farah from Grand alarms that my battery needed replacing and sending one immediately. Great Service!
