I contacted Grand Alarms today to have my alarm and central vac set up in my new home. I spoke with a representative named Liz who answered all of my questions with pleasure. Liz set up my installation appointments & took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very pleased with her service and look forward to using Grand Alarms services in the future.

Our experience with Built In Technology was great. Definitely an organization that I would recommend to friends and family for the simple reason that their staff was knowledgeable and provided us with appropriate advice and insight. They did not push products on us that did not make sense for our situation and were clear in their explanations.

We have been dealing with Amandeep Powar at Grand Alarms who has been very helpful in answering all of our questions we had with respect to our alarm system. Carlos, who came to install our alarms, was also very professional and helpful in explaining how the system works. I would highly recommend Grand Alarms to anyone in need of an alarm system.

We were introduced to Grand Alarms through our builder and decided to leave our previous alarm Company to try it out. On a positive note, the installation of the alarm system was smooth and the system itself is easy to use. We had our alarm go off, and the monitoring station was quick and attentive to deal with the issue. We have not had much success with the customer service end and it is clear this is a small company that needs to hire more staff. When calling the main office, they are often not helpful in answering my inquiries. We have not gotten quick replies from our inquiries. We have a list of other issues as well. Knowing what we know now, we would not have chosen this company as my alarm monitoring provider.

Called Grand Alarms and spoke with Elizabeth Aversa in regards to my current services and options available for future. Elizabeth was helpful, curteous, caring, kind and knowledgeble and was able to answer all of my questions. I recieved follow up call from one of her coleagues and revewed my contract for another 3yrs. It is great to know that there are people who care on the other side of the phone. Keep up the great work.

I had some problems with my billing due to having my payments withdrawn from an account I was no longer using and Amanda resolved the issues for me. She was very helpful answering any questions that I had and was very friendly, thanks for your services.
